I have recently purchased a lovely range cooker from Curry's. It was delivered 2 days later. It was very reasonable priced. 2 Gentlemen who delivered it were amazing. They had to haul it up one flight of stairs and did it without a moan or groan.

Went looking for a specific computer. Staff not too fussed about coming to help us. They did have almost identical computer, but with less RAM and a higher price. Bought other add ons to go with new computer which I bought online, but only Lewis seemed to know anything helpful.

I was assisted to find what I was looking for, which I don't with ease and advice was given. The staff member was friendly and happy to help. I was carrying the awkward object, so decided to take the lift. After several tries, I finally got it to work after one of the staff called to me to push and hold until it moved. Whether I missed the written instructions or what, I don't know. But I felt embarrassed. I was pretty tired that day.

We were looking for a kettle. We narrowed it down to 2. Couldn't see either on the shelves below the display. I asked a member of staff and she said if its on the shelf we haven't got any. There was no customer care skills demonstrated, no offer of checking stock on the computer or a step further offer to order one for us. We left the store and will purchase one elsewhere. Its a shame as I really liked it.

Not enough staff. However, we did make a purchase. A laptop for my 85 yr old Dad. Our sales assistant was fabulous and found us a cheaper model with the same spec as the one we had chosen. They were happy to explain the differences between drives (HDD vs SSD or a 3rd option which they advised against) and all that too. She asked a colleague to help who was just better at explaining it. No pressure selling, just suggestions. The labelling on the displays was mostly out of date. Eg saying "This laptop is running on Windows 10s and is Windows 11 ready". They were all on 11. Confusing.

Nice store on an extremely busy retail park. Prices looked competitive and the lift is very useful for those who can't get up stairs, although it's very slow.

Walked in and knew what we were looking for, had a browse at the televisions and found one we liked so tried to find a member of staff to enquire about stock, however we couldn't find anyone. When we found someone he stated he worked in the warehouse but he was amazing and went all over the shop trying to find the member of staff, which he did. So thank you to him. Then went to buy an air fryer but was told to try Argos as they hadn't had stock for months. All in all the staff were nice and the product choice is good when it is in stock.

Initially we went to the Stamford store where the staff, whilst friendly, seemed too keen to sell us a more expensive item pushing no stock available excuse. So we pushed on to the store on Maskew Avenue, Peterborough. Couldn't have been more different. Staff non pressure selling, left us to look, fiddle and wander around, the moment we hesitated they were instantly attentive. We purchased a large white goods item at 17:00hrs on Monday it was delivered free at 09:05hrs this morning, Friday. Straight to this store next time.

After a short wait for a member of staff (more customers than staff at this point) I was served by Nas. Went through the issues I was having witht the online system and he went above and beyond to rectify the issues and I left with the goods I was attempting to buy online. Can't fault the service especially from Nas in audio / visual sales.

Love the new store layout (now has two levels), but for electricals can be a bit pricier in comparison to other stores. Staff are as helpful as always and great free parking, good for white appliances but for your smaller electronics you could get a better deal elsewhere if you shop around.

My wife and I went to buy a new microwave oven, they had plenty of choice at reasonable prices. Staff were brilliant, offering plenty of advice, particularly Matt, not only selling the oven to us, he carried it to our car as well. An enjoyable shopping experience.

Popped into see about buying a Galaxy Tablet walked around then a young girl came up to us and asked if she could help. So we told her that we are looking for a Galaxy A8 Tablet and do they have any to which she replied yes they have them but they aren't on display so I asked could I see one please. She replied No as your not aloud to open the box and who wants to buy a opened box with a Galaxy Tab A8 in. so I asked did they have any but not to open the box but to look that was all and she still replied No. By this time We were getting cheesed off with the attitude that she was displaying. It was as if she had given up on life. She needs to be retrained in the art of Customer Service. So we walked away from her and spoke to a nice young man who apologized for the girls attitude and at the same time helped us purchase the said Tablet we had asked the young girl for and the real reason that they weren't on display was that they had none in stock. 10 out of 10 for the Young man and 1 out of 10 for the young girl and that's me being generous as she has alot to learn on serving people who in turn pay her wages.

Got to the store, not available, apparently the online stock includes display items that aren't for sale. Really not helpful. Better service than any Currys I’d been to in London!! These two staff called Maliah and Junaid helped me understand a few things about my laptop (that I’d bought out of urgency) as well as windows 10s, and also helped me get some directions so I could find my way back to the train station, because digital maps don’t work perfectly all the time, and be on my way. I hope that all Currys Pc world staff worked as hard as these two!!!
