E. B.Excellent service: professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We needed a laptop for my daughter for school and they were able to recommend exactly the right spec. It was all set up for us as well at no extra cost, so all we had to do when we got home was switch on and connect to the internet. I honestly couldn't fault them, thank you very much.

M. H.Helpful staff. Selection is sometimes a bit limited, but pricing is fair.. it's not a massive store so I don't expect them to have everything on hand. They seem to select the right stock to nearly always have something that works for me. Would like to see more Asus / MSI mainboards etc their stock is quite gigabyte heavy, which for most people is fine, however I detest gigabytes after care and customer service. Not that this is a reflection on the store. The stores aftercare is excellent. Always my go to local shop if I need something now.
g. w.we have recently purchased a Epson printer from Kevin at Computer Base, recommended by a friend in our trade - vehicle repair.
i cant express enough how happy i am with the service, i spoke to Kevin, he gave me two options, once id ordered via email, the next day, our printer is here, we have extended warranty, covered by the manufacturer and supported by Computer Base, i can only imagine IF we have an issue, it will be resolved in the same prompt, professional and exemplary way we have been provided service up to now.

Went into the store for a replacement PSU, the staff were very helpful. After I tried installing it myself, and realising that I didn't have the right equipment to sort it, I went back and they sorted it within about an hour for £20.
I'm even going back as another part of my computer has recently given up on life to have them diagnose the problem and hopefully repair it.

I understand that there's a markup on products, but I still don't feel like it's a good enough deal compared with online. It's useful when you need a few specific cables or something, but other then that, I wouldn't buy anything else from there.

J. T.Excellent Servicing and knowledgable on almost every aspect of computing, I will say they aren't possibly cheaper than all of the internet but if you live in and around Plymouth, you'll be really hard pressed to find anyone better for your computing needs.
They cover personal and business needs when it comes to helpful advice about computers and more than helpful to aquire what you need if it's something specific in regards to computer spares etc.
Personally I have found the staff to be both friendly and honest with what I actually need to get to upgrade a machine to what I need, instead of what I thought I wanted.

F.Fantastic, quick repair service - Computerbase fixed my laptop in one day. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, approachable and very professional. I definitely recommend this company.
R.Good place to buy new tech, I bought a new mechanical Cougar key board, Razor Naga mouse that came with a free Razor Mouse mat and a Razer Kraken head set. All of it works fine, my only issue is I paid a little over the market price but however it came with a warranty and guaranty. Would recommend coming here for the tech but be ready to pay a little extra.

Repair of defect are handled, replaced (within warranty) and cleaned out with every service. (Tower PC)(don't know about laptops)
Had 2 PC towers custom made by them made the interior very neat and made sure that it had good access.
Special feature to the store as there building as selling custom PCs they some times get left over Clear pool HDs (Standard Hard Drives that are replaced) they will be sold at a cheaper price but will still be considered new.
They have internet PC access of people available but not so many computer to do that.
