Can't fault neither the service from this company nor the product or price. The laptop arrived very quickly but due to 'my' error (specified wrong hard drive) I had to return it to have this replaced. It was back with me in no time. Laptop pretty much looks like new and is super fast. Most reviews I read said similar things so I ordered on that basis and am not disappointed in any way.

The laptop arrived promptly, well packed. It booted up immediately and ran very fast. There’s bags of Ram and Storage. The basic computer is an Acer in pretty good condition, there are a few marks below the keyboard, but apart from that it looks pretty good. I have been pleased with the keyboard with a number pad, and the display. I have to say it seems excellent value for money and I am very pleased with it.

Thank you for such a speedy delivery of such a great computer. I had stated that I would not accept any HP computer (based on past personal experience) but did not, otherwise, express a preference. I was, therefore, greatly impressed and cheered by the fact that I was actually suppled with a Toshiba Satellite, which would have been my preference, again from past experience. I would describe the laptop as being in brand new condition with no noticeable marks or defects. I am so impressed with the machine, the superb packaging and speed of delivery that I will be ordering a similar one for my wife.

I needed a laptop with a good spec to handle the over the top system requirements to run Fusion 360, but my budget wouldn't stretch far. I saw a pop up ad for Gadget Centre and was amazed I could select the spec I wanted and well inside my budget. I ordered and received my machine in a week with a clean install of Windows 11. To say I'm happy is an understatement.

Configured an i5 laptop with most options for a good price. The first one they supplied had what I considered to be issues with the screen brightness. After several emails, they asked me to return it and they would exchange for another make. The replacement arrived and not only was it better but they had also upgraded it to an i7 at no extra cost for the inconvenience. After 3 months the DVD drive kept "dropping" off the system so it meant having to continually reboot it for the system to recognise it again. After contacting them again, they offered 2 solutions - to send out an external DVD drive or to have it back and repair. Now back and working again with an upgrade to 5Ghz wi-fi too. Excellent customer service and all under warranty and no cost to me. Lets hope this continues for the remainder of the 3 year warranty I purchased.

Great service and everything I asked for, The only improvement the company needs to do is have more communication with there customers. You get a email to say that your order is in, you then hear nothing until they send it out then thats when you get another email. Any additional stuff like laptop bag is sent a few days later.

brilliant service had a slight problem my fault should have clicked gaming not general as son wanted to play minecraft aswell as school work the graphics card wasnt big enough me not realising it needed a fairly big card to play it but these guys went all out took it back free of charge a put a bigger card in it again free of charge and got it back in under a week and right on top of xmas too once again brilliant service highly recommend
