I brought my desktop here as it started to switch itself off after only a few minute's use. The service I received was excellent, the staff are welcoming, friendly, and professional. I needed a replacement fan, bracket, and power supply. They kept me informed as to what was wrong, and how they could repair it. My computer was ready the following day, and the price charged was very reasonable. I can definitely recommend them, and will certainly use Plymstock Computing again in the future.

What an excellent service! First of all, Simon tamed my new computer, burdened with all sorts of unhelpful software, and made it a really user-friendly machine. He and his colleague then tracked down the cause of a very mysterious software problem which was proving to be really obstructive. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, and I got lots of useful advice as well. This is definitely a go-to firm.

Excellent service. I have been building and upgrading my family PCs for about 20 years and recently accidentally tore a chunk off a motherboard when trying removing a stuck PCI card, rendering the PC dead. Assuming it would need need a new motherboard and rebuild, which I was too busy too do, I dropped it off at Plymstock Computing. Amazingly they repaired the motherboard and it works perfectly, turned around quickly also. Very impressed.

Well, what can i say about these guys, i had two different problems with two different laptops and I was quoted high prices by other companies and told they would take 5-7 days to hopefully sort it out. I was given the number for Plymstock Computing by a friend and they have been brilliant, very professional and dealt with each problem with a next day turnaround.
