W. C.Massive well done to Ollie. I bought a device in summer but wasn’t happy with it. Eventually decided enough is enough and got in touch with Ollie 4 days before Christmas. Within 24hrs he had a fresh device hand picked and in the post which I recieved on Christmas Eve. His communication was excellent. Very friendly. Totally understanding and honoured the warranty. Couldn’t recommend iOutlet enough if you want a top quality used phone. I will be using them again.
D. E.I'm currently trying to get them to communicate with me. No answer to emails. Telephone number just continues to ring and no answer on a Saturday when the website indicates they are open. Also no voicemail option. Trying to get them to reimburse postage as they said they would when I returned phone that was not as described. They did replace the phone but for some reason not known to me they haven't reimbursed my postage costs and I can't get them to communicate. Would advise others not to use this company unless you don't mind them not keeping their promises or not communicating with you!
Update 22/2/22: I should have updated this a few years ago. I have continued to use ioutlet for refurbished iPhones and have received very good customer service. My experience 5 years ago must have been a blip as I have had no problems since.
J. G.I'd like to thank Ollie at iOutlet, Ridgeway for going above and beyond last Friday, when I arrived at the shop just before closing after rushing to get there from work. He was about to close and had a bus to catch, but took pity on me and repaired my iPhone 5s screen anyway, putting himself out and having to catch a later bus. I use this shop for all my phone needs and have always received excellence service there and also online for iPad purchase and repair. However, Ollie gave exceptional customer service. Give this man a bonus and a pay rise! I highly recommend iOutlet Thanks so much again Ollie, you stopped me being without my phone for a week. 😁🙌👍

D. B.Over the last 2 years I've used musicMagpie but due to several issues with them recently I decided to find other business providing similar service. This is my first experience as a buyer with The iOutlet. I must to say that it didn't start very smoothly.To leave fair review I will start with some minuses first. I've Ordered iPhone 7 128gb grade A on 3/05.Had to contact customer service few times as order was showing as processing for next 7 days, spoke to India and Julie, both of them very reassuring.On Saturday 11/05 I had to call them again as order status was still processing.This time I spoke to polish chap Jan who was very helpful and advised that item should be delivered by 1pm as he managed to track it. Unfortunately since the order was placed there was no updates or tracking information available to customer. Finally iPhone has been delivered at 12.30pm, battery charged to 60%, very little signs of wear, working condition brilliant ,first opinion very good!! Checked battery health and showing 100%- fantastic! Unfortunately over next 2 days I had some few issues with battery as it was dropping very quickly. Feeling disappointed and let down I have left some feedback here. 2hrs later I've received call from Sale Director Matt. I was positively surprised as this was Sunday evening (around 8pm). Usually no one would be bothered to respond so quickly and efficiently!!! Firstly Matt apologised for my experience.He let me to explain the issue while carefully listening.
Then he give me some overview of The iOutlet explaining that they are very small business with around 20 staff and sometimes things may get overlooked. He was very sorry for this and advised that he is contacting me to put things right. I must to say I have never experienced so person centred aftercare as I buyer. Matt stated that the tracking information should be provided after product is dispatched and he will fully investigate this further. Then he offered to sent new iPhone with prepaid return label so I can sent back the original one. This just shows you the trust!!! In addition as apologies he also gave me free Beats earphones and original Apple plug. That was really nice from him. Also he went extra mile and re-assured me that he will check the condition of the iPhone himself before sending this to me.
Next day in the morning he emailed me from his private email address tracking information and stated that he dispatched iPhone 7 256GB instead iPhone 7 128gb as a goodwill. I was absolutely shocked. I've received all this items on Tuesday morning. Condition of the iPhone excellent, I would say nearly pristine. Battery working perfectly, Beats earphones in box as promised and written message attached to iPhone that mobile has been checked by Matt in person. Overall I would recommend this shop to anyone. I know this review is quite lengthy but I wanted to show to everyone full picture. My experience should prompt everyone to contact Customer Service in first instance before leaving negative feedback. The reality is that people make mistakes and errors but the most important is to try to retrieve it.
And finally here is message for Matt: Thank you for being action-oriented and focusing on the customer. Unfortunately there is very little businesses on the market who will do the same and put customer at the centre. Your help and support is much appreciated. I will definitely come back to your shop again. Well done!!!!
