Found 4MAT via Google and went down to the shop with a broken laptop and found the service was brilliant. They explained everything really well and I was confident leaving them with my laptop until the next day. 2 days later when I went to collect my laptop again everything was explained really well to me and they had even cleaned my laptop keyboard for me and fixed a few bits of broken plastic on my machine, thought this was really thoughtful and not something I would ever expect them to do. I am so pleased with the service and so relieved they were able to save my laptop and all my documents! Would happily pay for them to repair any other computer device of mine, and recommend them completely! Thanks so much to the team.

Fantastic customer service! My laptop was having issues with the hard drive and generally being very slow, after a speedy service, my laptop is a lot faster now and my hard drive is better then it's been before. Even managed to fix the hinge on my laptop screen without having to pay extra. Would definitely recommend.

Best shop there is. I came in along while ago to ask for some advice as I had difficulties with Windows Update. The guy I spoke to gave me all the advice I needed, told me everything I needed to do and when I did all that Windows Update has been working perfectly since then. I also bought a Hard Drive for one of my old desktop computers and it works perfectly. Thank you once again for your assistance. Top quality service.

Brilliant customer care, very professional and efficient. I am a PhD student at the university, and my laptop broke down and it wasn't reparable. I bought a second hand computer from them at a very reasonable price, and the computer hasn't given me any problems and it has been over 6 months now. Took a laptop that belonged to my 80 year old mum to Format that had the lid hanging by a thread. I personally wanted to throw it and get a new one but she really wanted to keep it. 4Mat managed to find a replacement lid, they also replaced the screen (for no extra charge) as well as replacing the fan (again, for no extra charge) and they also did a general clean up. First class job and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!!!!!!!!!

Went to Rob with my laptop. It had a software issue. He said he never had seen anything like my problem but still went out of his way and found the source of the problem the same day. Picked up the following day and everything was working perfectly. Excellent communication given. Text me as soon as he found the problem and was vocal due to the timeframe which I would be waiting. If I have anymore problems there isn’t anyone else I would go to in Preston!

Great, speedy service, my laptop screen was replaced the same day. I was given an anti glare screen as this was the only one in stock, and wasn't charged extra for this. My laptop ended up looking better than ever. :-)

I dropped my laptop and it wouldn't turn on and took it here. Turned out the power supply was shorting and this was causing my problems. On the day the problem was diagnosed and fixed expertly for a fair price (especially considering cost of parts and time spent). On top of that he cleaned out the fans on my laptop and replaced the thermal paste because he noticed it was running a bit hot. All in all, I would strongly recommend this for any and all computer repair services.

We recently had a disaster with our computer when it literally blew up causing quite a bit of damage. We knew it should have been replaced years ago. We visited Rob at 4mat digital who was able to retrieve our photos and documents and also assisted us in recovering some of our emails. We aren't very computer savvy but Rob assisted us in replacing the computer with an appropriate machine and assisted us in getting familiar with windows 10. My wife and I get baffled and frustrated with most computer jargon, but Rob was extremely patient and was able to explain everything in detail which we could understand .Even since the computer has been installed we have contacted Rob for further advice and help and have never made to feel that we were being a nuisance or imposing in any way. I have the highest regard for 4mat digital and would recommend them to anyone.
