Adam and his team had a look at it, diagnosed it as a corrupted boot up procedure, they forced a software reinstall and recovered all the latest information (with the help of the Time Machine data I gave him). They rang me just over 24 hours after I’d dropped it off to say it was ready to be collected. They had it operating when I arrived, all looked well, took it home, everything just fine. Very competitive price. Couldn’t be happier.
