ONCE I brought it to Ed and paid nothing because the problem was so small.
Rather than what the other retailers do. Charge u a packet for something you don't know about, he teaches you tricks to keep your computer healthy in future!
He is honest, dedicated and explains what has gone wrong in layman's terms. So u can understand. Not talking in computer jargon.
He really looks after customers and their computers, and their needs.
He's flexible, reliable and is in the shop till 6pm. Others close at 5pm.
My computer came out speedier and healthier after been fixed.

G. S.Top bloke, repaired my laptop after hard drive failure. Where most places said no as they didn't have to parts, Ed went the extra mile to research and find the replacement hard drive and fitted it. Reasonably priced too. Cheers!

P. C.I recently brought my 5 year old, well used laptop into the shop with a black screen, a loose VGA connection and a dead HDMI port. Edmund quickly diagnosed the problem as a no longer functioning motherboard and ordered a reconditioned one. He let me know that the replacement was a dud, so ordered another one and replaced the original one as soon as it arrived. The cost for the reconditioned mother board with working HDMI and VGA connections, all fitted, was £150 - much cheaper than a new laptop. Brilliant service and price. Highly recommended!
