After emailing them to which I got a swift reply, they had refunded me the postage cost without question and apologised for the delay. Great products and service. I ordered a RC car for a gift from the website. I didn’t however read the description correctly and ordered one without battery’s, charger etc. Wirelessmadness spotted that this may not be what I was after and phoned to confirm before sending. They were of course correct and I really wanted to purchase something that included everything you need as a beginner. The nice chap on the phone recommended something to me and even though it was a few £ more he was happy to change the order without further cost. Needless to say the car is AMAZING, I cannot believe how well made and FAST it is. All in all delighted with the product the great service. 👌👊

Superb company. We bought an RC Granite car and the wheel exploded on its first run. WM sourced a new wheel in days after Christmas. Then a week later the servo failed for the steering. I emailed them the details and photos of the servo and a new servo was shipped out immediately. This is perfect customer care, punctual replies to emails, very courteous and immediate action without making you jump through unreasonable hoops. Very highly recommended.

Bought a 15amp Marine speed controller for my boat, which came next day. you cannot beat that for service. I then decided to visit the store on Saturday as I needed a bit of advice fitting it and for a few other bits i needed to complete the electrics. They sorted my problem there and then without any hassle, The 2 guys I spoke to were so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I would happily recommend them to anyone. Absolutely awesome service! Made my very first order by telephone on Friday late morning. Opted for courier delivery for Monday but it turned up the very next day (Saturday). Excellent service! Ordered a HPI rtr kit a few months back, quite late in the day.. I received a phone call to check I had the charger and battery needed etc - I had completely forgot! This was at about 4.45pm, about an hour after I'd ordered I think. The next day deliver cut off was earlier in the afternoon yet the guy on the phone advised it would be arriving next day and gave me really good advice on the charger/battery! :) Highly recommend.

I ordered a Traxxas TRX-4 from these chaps and was really excited to get it today. On unboxing it I found the body to be faulty... Damm I thought I now have the hassle of sending it back for an exchange. I rang them and told them of the problem. An hour later they sent an email ... (Translated) They have good products and well-known brands, the prices are good and one of their employees provides very good customer service. The only problem I see is that they do not have much knowledge about RC and its components, nor do they know what they are selling. On my first visit I asked for help to disassemble a piece that had glue on it, they helped me and were very kind, I asked for a starter for my helicopter, but I asked for a universal one, they told me that this starter is not suitable for a helicopter, when I have used them all the life and I know that they are worth, in the same way I insisted that they give me that model of starter, the funny thing is that the product box says voucher for helicopter. But what killed me with laughter were two things that they told me and I will attach it in photos so that you can see it, the first was that the spark plug of my engine was on the side (the spark plug goes in the cylinder head of the engine, it is an OS MAX 32 SX) and they said that the spark plug was the extension cable to facilitate starting, and the second thing that killed me, was asking for a power supply to charge my Taranis X9D radio, that the guy opens the compartment where the module goes and looking at the cover it tells me that the USB symbol is the one that marks the polarity of the charging port, which has nothing to do with that cover. As a piece of advice, since you have good products, I would recommend learning more about what you sell and not treating the customer like a fool. Because the last day I went with the intention of ordering a Blade helicopter and a Mavic 2 pro. But I lost the desire just to discuss things that didn't make sense, at least if you're going to discuss a topic, inform yourself and say logical things, on my first visit the colleague won a client and on the second visit they lost him. (Original) Tienen buenos productos y de marcas reconocidas, los precios son buenos y uno de sus empleados da muy buen servicio de atención al cliente. El único problema que veo es que no tienen muchos conocimientos sobre RC ni sus componentes, tampoco saben bien lo que están vendiendo. En mi primera visita fui pidiendo ayuda para desmontar una pieza que tenía pegamento, me ayudaron y fueron muy amables, pedí un arrancador para mi helicóptero, pero pedí uno universal, me decían que ese arrancador no vale para helicóptero, cuando los he usado toda la vida y sé que valen, de igual modo insistí en que me dieran ese modelo de arrancador, lo gracioso es que la caja del producto pone vale para helicóptero. Pero lo que me mató de risa fueron dos cosas que me dijeron y lo adjuntaré en fotos para que lo vean, la primera fue que la bujía de mi motor estaba a un lado (la bujía va en la culata del motor, es un OS MAX 32 SX) y ellos decían que la bujía era el cable de extensión para facilitar el arranque, y la segunda cosa que me mató, fue pidiendo una fuente de alimentación para cargar mi radio Taranis X9D, que el chico abre el compartimento dónde va el módulo y mirando a la tapa me dice que el símbolo de USB es el que marca la polaridad del puerto de carga, que no tiene nada que ver con esa tapa. Como consejo, ya que tenéis buenos productos, recomendaría informarse más sobre lo que vendéis y no tratar al cliente como si fuera tonto. Porque el último día fui con intención de pedir un helicóptero Blade y un Mavic 2 pro. Pero se me quitaron las ganas sólo por discutirme cosas que no tenían sentido, al menos si vas a discutir un tema, infórmate y di cosas lógicas, en mi primera visita el compañero ganó un cliente y en la segunda visita lo perdieron.
