Hi have known Darren for many years but rarely see him to fix my pc laptop iPad etc cos he always manages to fix it better than when I bought item and they go on forever. Really good experiences with Darren, first with my wife’s MacBook and then with mine. He prices very fair and knows what he is doing. Update: my MacBook had to go in for more repairs and I genuinely thought it was on its last legs. Darren managed, and I don’t know how, to completely give it new life and it truly feels like a brand new laptop - Darren persevered to find the source of a very tricky problem (that I still don’t understand) and had to replace several key components but now it is genuinely working as good as new. This man seriously knows what he’s doing and is very knowledgable about all things computers. Trust in him!

Accidentally installed Big Sur on my Mac mini. Which doesn't support Itunes anymore. Which is the only reason I have a mac. Darren was quick and honest. Took Big Sur off reinstalled the older operating system and itunes. Very Happy.

Darren fixed a Macbook for me a couple of years ago and did a brilliant job so I contacted him again to fix another Macbook and a Lenovo laptop that was on its last legs. He managed to fix both really quickly while quoting for parts along the way. I had them both back within the week and they are both working really well. Darren did a brilliant job with my Mother-In-Law's computer which is so important in stopping her becoming isolated and keeping her independence. When they picked it up it was so slow it was almost unusable, but a few days later its running great *and* has been optimized to help her continue to use it as her memory deteriorates. I really appreciated Darren's excellent communication while we worked together to customize the computer to address her problems and meet her needs and the price was super reasonable.
