Went in with a broken laptop which Alex was very quickly able to diagnose as having a broken hard drive. He replaced the hard drive with a new one, which was double the capacity of the old one as well as faster which has made the laptop noticeably quicker, and installed everything I needed on it. He was able to see me the same day I contacted him and after dropping it off Wednesday night it was ready the very next evening. He also kept me informed throughout the process and gave me lots of options as to how to proceed. All in all it was affordable, friendly and professional and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Highly recommend this service! Got my DELL laptop repaired in under than 3 hours! I got a problem with LCD cable, the screen was dead and irresponsive. The necessary part was ordered by him and after he picked up the laptop and replaced the part, got it back insanely fast. The price was very friendly as well :) Don't even doubt it, if you have any problems! ;)

I will be using Alex's service in the future. I requested a fix for my 4 year old laptop to be fixed for overheating and general system lag. Alex diagnosed possible problems and relevant fixes quickly and explained them clearly. The costs was reasonable and quoted beforehand. The problems were fixed and checked up on a followup message. I had what turned out to be a fatal problem with my laptop but Alex took it on did battle with all its 7 year old parts and only admitted defeat once all avenues had been exhausted. Great service. Very prompt and kept me up-to-date, as he was working on it. My laptop stopped charging, and it turned out that the hinge had cut through the wiring inside. Took a day before i got it back, and that was just because he was waiting for the part to be delivered. I will definitely be coming back if I have any other IT issues

Gaming PC wouldn't boot before the weekend, now suddenly forced with the aspect of spending time outside I found Alex on a google search. Called on a saturday morning and popped down to see him. Due to issues with our PC we had to restore to factory settings. Unfortunately this lost us the drivers for the USB sockets so were unable to use the keyboard and mouse.
