Highly recommend First Option Computers. He fixed my laptop after my young baby threw up over the keypad! Had a turn around of 3 business days, exactly as he said and at a very reasonable price. Very professional and polite man too. Definitely will be using him again with any other issues in the future.

Great personal service from Augustin who built me a bespoke PC after my ancient PC almost came to a grinding halt. He helped me save my data and photos from my old HDD and recommended a build for faster photo and video editing. I'm really pleased I have upcycled rather than buying new too. Thank you Augustin.

Fantastic!! Fast, efficient, professional and incredibly helpful. My hard drive crashed and Augustin had it replaced and fully ready for use in 24 hours. Better still, he was able to save all my work files and improved just about every aspect of the laptop performance. Thank you.

Contacted Augustin for a quote on repairing significant physical damage to my laptop. Replied instantly, and dropped off an hour later. Augustin quoted a return date of a few days later, a lot shorter than I expected. He completely rebuilt the base of my laptop from scratch using genuine parts, keeping me up to date with prices of the parts by text that he was going to order. Would recommend to anyone looking for laptop repairs!

I was not sure what I needed but Kieran explained the alternatives and cost implications and carried out the works very quickly and in a highly professional fashion. As part of his service he came out to me to ascertain the nature of the problem and once I had instructed him he subsequently came out again to pick it up for repair and returned it repaired with a new harddrive and improved RAM the very next day. Excellent service I most certainly recommend him.

My laptop suffered a charging malfunction which necessitated a new motherboard. A secondary problem arose when motherboard fitted where the old battery also died. Augustin carried out the repair within a few days and replaced the battery free of charge, Very professional and good price.

I have on three occassions used this Company for a repairs first for my laptop, which had been seen by two other Companies and neither had repaired it properly so it kept breaking down, then my partner who had a very old laptop decided to have a solid state hard drive put in to speed it up., this was successful and now works brilliantly, all his data was re-installed and it was perfect. Our external hard drive broke down and all our pictures were on it and when I asked if he could repair it, he said he was sure he could and keep all the data. I picked it up today all the pictures and data were on there and it can be used again. All prices were very reasonable and it was very quick. If you need someone to repair or inhance you computer go to this Company.
