K.I have been recommended HJS by a friend of mine and other people who are part of the company. James, Kevin and their team have done a great job restoring and fixing a hacked computer. They have a vast knowledge and experience within their ever-changing industry and have fixed every issue I had as well as recommending software and ways to prevent problems in the future. HJS are very friendly, professional and communicative. Very pleased with the high quality service received and their experienced team, I will definitely be coming back again and recommending them to anyone.

I have only good words to offer regarding HJS, the support they offer, their proactive approach and the patience of their staff when working with non IT people. If you believe in partnership as the basis for supplier relationships, then HJS should come into your thinking.
As owner of my company I measure key suppliers by their reaction when you experience a genuine problem, as opposed to a minor inconvenience. Many years ago we experienced a server crash, it was in the days of tape back up, which brought its own challenges. Kevin Tilyard worked night and day to get us back up and running, todays methodology to get a server back up would be faster, however the service and commitment we enjoyed that day is not forgotten.

S.we were recomended to Kevin Tilyard by our insurance company after we suffered a burglary and had our servier stolen, by some fluke the tape drive had fallen onto to the floor on its way out the window., HJS immediatly provided a loaner server, recoverd from backup and the whole company was up and runing within 4 hours. Now thats serivce!.
