I bought a refurbished laptop from this store about a month ago. After a few days there was a hard disk failure and the computer won't start. I contacted the customer service and they told me that they would fixed it with no charge as it was on a guarantee. I dropped the laptop to the store and after a few days the laptop was back in a totally working condition. I was surprised by their professionalism and their customer service as is a small local company. I would definitely reccommend to anyone. A+

Not at all hacked-off this time , quite the opposite !!! I visited Edward's store earlier this year, because I had been turned away by other 'natives'-run shops where the typical modern can't do/won't do attitude has already found a foothold. Edward listened to my problem/request, knew straight away what to suggest and how to achieve the result.
