Simple and effective! They collected my TV and soundbar from Poole, repaired and returned efficiently. Everything working perfectly and communication was easy. Their driver was great as he waited for me for over half an hour when I was out without the slightest complaint. Highly recommend all round.

3 months after I purchased my TV there was a fault with the panel and Les Preston provided an excellent service and picked up the tv, repaired it and returned it to me under warranty. 3 years down the line and the new panel developed a fault that was linked to a faulty batch of LG panels and again Les Preston provided an excellent service and kept me up to date throughout. We often take time to leave negative reviews but forget to take the time to leave positive reviews.

I received excellent service throughout, and during the period when I was trying to get the TV shipped to Spain, I enjoyed help and endless patience as the company tried to find the most economic way to get it back to me in Spain.
