J. L.A swift effective professional service. I had a problem with my washing machine, after agreeing a time for an appointment to suit me. We went through the issue with the appliance. I was offered a couple of solutions to try before meeting the appointment. I tried these while still holding the appointment and managed to resolve the issue so no visit required. Thank you Masterspares for solving my problem and not needing to charge me for the support.
E. W.We recently had the fault code F43 come up on our washing machine. We changed the brushes, but were unable to reset the fault code. We phoned Bosch, who said it couldn't be reset and the motor must need replacing. Simon came up and, after extensive research and 3 home visits, he managed to reset it for us, for a very small charge. What an excellent service. Thank you Simon for your determination and persistance.
