Brilliant service and very reasonable! Highly recommend! On contacting Premier Electrics I was greeted with very friendly and helpful staff who managed to book an engineer to visit me the following day after my washing machine broke down. The engineer turned up promptly and was very polite. He made the repair and gave the job his full attention and ensured the unit was in full working order. Having recently had a dish washer breakdown (not brought from Premier electrics and under manufactures warranty) that took 3 visits and 6 weeks to sort - i was delighted just how quickly these guys came out and fix the unit. Hopefully in the future i don't have any other appliances break down but if they do I will not hesitate to contact them again. Great prices and great service. Highly recommended!

I made the mistake of buying a Miele Dishwasher on a Cyber Friday Deal with only delivery and take old machine away service. I contacted Premier and got a quick appointment to plumb my dishwasher but engineer could not do the ingrated wooded part. Following week, the carpenter came and done the job also put the wooden boarding back into place, adjusted machine and I was very pleased. Next time I will buy direct from Premier who offer a complete service.

Huge thanks to Scott and Aaron for an impeccable delivery of our new Miele dishwasher and Liebherr fridge. The delivery was at the time suggested and the installation was efficient, clean and both the chaps were friendly, polite and courteous. Good pricing and service from Premier Electrics too. I usually use alternate suppliers but found them to be competitive, responsive and service driven. Happy to recommend you good folks.

We have been so impressed with Premier Electrics. In a world of terrible customer service, they have stunned us with their amazing service. We ordered a Neff American fridge freezer from them. Excellent communication regarding delivery as well as follow up aftercare. our fridge had a minor manufacturer fault and the good people at Premier electrics dealt with the issue on our behalf quickly and efficiency. Not to the mention their prices were considerably lower than other dealers that we looked at. We will definitely be using them again.

First class service. The engineer visited the same day, within the specified time slot. The price was reasonable and my oven was up and running within 2 hours of me contacting Premier. Would certainly recommend.

A family business that puts right it's wrongs. I had a few problems with wrong machine being delivered first and then, when the correct one was delivered it was not balanced and had to wait til after Easter for it to be rectified. I was delighted to receive, today, a formal apology from one of the company's directors which made me feel valued as a customer. So even though I endured a succession of unfortunate events, I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

Prompt appointment at short notice. Quoted cost - £70 plus any parts required and labour to fit them. However, they were supposed to call me an hour before their arrival (which they originally estimated at 16.00). Heard nothing, so I turned up at the property at 16.00 and 30 mins later they turned up unannounced, no call ahead of arrival, so customer service in this instance was not good. Two guys proceeded to diagnose the dishwasher identifying the problem as a build up of gunge in the small water tank on the side of the appliance. They charged an extra £34.99 to take it off (4 screws), rinse it out and replace. Reasonable or not? Not in my opinion. Will shop around next time

I have used Premier a number of times and have always been impressed with the quailty of service. My latest repair to my washing machine was completed on the same day as my inital phone call. The engineer "paul" was great and the cost not to bad.

The service engineers arrived within the time advised, diagnosed the fault, were able to carry out the repair there and then completing the task in a profesional and expert manner. Arrived on time. Polite and helpful. Bit of a struggle lifting the old oven out, but managed in the end. Small gouge in a wooden cupboard door, not very serious. Oven has worked well, so far baked bread, cooked pizza, and sausages. John Nelson
