*** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED *** I honestly cannot thank Scott enough for the service he provided TODAY. I took my IMAC into a mainstream computer store this morning and was thoroughly disappointed to hear it was “uneconomical to repair” and “nobody would fix it today”. After the disheartening news, I found Apple Mac Repairs online and called instantly. Scott was able to take a look and after a few hours with the computer, managed to isolate and repair the problem. It now runs great. An absolutely first rate service. My MacBook Pro had suffered severe liquid damage owing to an encounter with a cup of coffee. I spoke to apple and they quoted over £1,400 to repair it. Luckily I found Scott on the internet and he has repaired my MacBook Pro for 70% less than apple wanted and completed the repair in 24 hours. Apple Mac Repairs have just upgraded three Mini Macs with SSD drives and repaired one of our Mac Book Air' after a staff member spilt liquid on the key board. The Mac minis are now working like new and the Mac Book has had a new keyboard and battery fitted. It works perfectly. We are extremely pleased with the great service we received from Scott at AMR. He had the computers up and running in no time. I would recommend you give this company a call if you are experiencing computer difficulties. No bull. No hidden costs and very reasonable labour charges. Scott will send you pictures and prices of any new kit you may need to fix a computer if you require that too. I work as a graphic designer and 3d artist Called these guys for advice on a virtual memory issue with my IMac. They recommended upgrading the DDR3 chips and so I ordered 2 8gb chips. After Kingston sending out incomparable chips and the computer not turning on I called Apple Mac Repairs in a panic. He quickly sorted his issue and told me to swap out the new cards for old and order 2 more to fill the remaining slots. Crisis over! Honestly would recommend these guys to anyone, haven’t spent a penny with them and he’s taken the time to chill me out and educate me on what’s happening. My Mac suddenly decided that it was time for some of the keys on my keypad to stop working which caused me so much headache because I couldn’t type my password to even log in. Thank God I found Scott that day to help me because I was frustrated that many members of the Apple support team couldn't tell me how to bypass my keyboard to log in. It didn’t take Scott long to do that at all and he helped me attach an external keyboard to help for a while until I was ready to pay for the full replacement (which was at such a good price as well)! So now I have a fully functioning keyboard at a quarter of the price that Apple themselves would have charged me and it took about 1 hour for the repair which is much better than the 4 weeks Apple would have taken to return my laptop back.
