I couldn't thank them enough. I sent my Switch off for repairs else where (see my other reviews to see where), however, it came back with missing Y-Screws, Micro SD Card Slot not working and the CPU was still grinding (which is what it was sent off for in the first place). With my Switch now out of storage space and I couldn't access saved data as well as a very loud fan, I asked on Nintendo Players UK Discord Group for a recommended repair shop, pretty much everyone suggested Retrosix. Everyone said how quick the repairs are, the quality of the work and how reasonable the prices were. If anyone needs a Nintendo Switch repaired, I will be telling them to post it off to here, fantastic service all round.

My Gameboy colour finally gave up the ghost and I pop in on the off chance they could fix it. Lucky for my they were able to look at it then and there, and next thing it's back working like new! Brilliant customer service and great price.

Took my Nintendo switch in have the charging port replaced because it would not charge told me would be a week. 24hrs later get a message saying all done. Top guys would highly recommend got one happy kid now 👍👍👍

Fixed a fault with my Atari Jaguar. Great value and speedy service. Also email updates through out. Very pleased this is fixed! :) Would have been nice to have included a note with the console return with a brief description of the repair. But this is a very minor criticism, it just would have been nice to know briefly what was done. Totally recommended for your retro repair. Thank you RetroSix!

Absolutely FANTASTIC service, highly recommend. Well worth the money. Brought my Xbox Series X in to be fixed, by the time I got home and kicked off my shoes they were calling to say it's fixed. 🥳 Top tier company.

All the staff inside the shop are competent and knowledgeable , great customer service and ended up helping me out with some goodies for nothing ! I've bought from retro six before online but I'd recommend going to the store if possible it's heavenly 👌😂
