"new review because I cant add another one for some reason 17/04/21) I had an emergency with my PC and it was blue screening like every 25 to 20 minutes and I message Adam and he instantly replied and told me what i needed to do and gave me a quota on a new system because my motherboard and CPU was not suitable at all which was really reasonable and affordable. yet again he went above a beyond my expectations and gave me a new system that is worth more than I paid since I obviously needed a new system and and was kind of struggling with money thank you so much he managed to repair my PC which had a lot of problems such as graphics card fried and vape oil/ water all on the inside he went above and beyond for me and my computer and it is working better that it ever did before. he responded nearly straight away whenever I messaged him. he was even willing to go out of his own pocket to make me happy and i am so grateful for that

I had a problem with the screen on my laptop. I thought it was a faulty wire , it turned out it was the screen itself. Adam was great, I rang him on Monday. His response times are great and the responses themselves are very helpful and clearly well thought of. I would highly recommend Adam of Rightclick Computer Repairs. I had a slow and unresponsive laptop. I was able to drop it off with Adam at a time to suit me so he could run a diagnostic test. Within an hour, he telephoned me to explain the problem, how it could be repaired and the cost. I needed a replacement hardrive which Adam replaced after recovering my data. I found out about RightClick when my laptop stopping turning on after an accidental water spillage, unfortunately the laptop was damaged beyond repair so i had to get a new one but Adam has been fantastic in recovering my data and cloning it to the new laptop so that it runs just as my old one did, i was afraid i'd have lost my data forever, but thanks to Adam i'm all up and running again! i'd highly recommend RightClick! great value and service, it'll be my go to place if i ever have any PC issues in the future.

Found Rightclick Computer Repairs when my trusty laptop backlight died, causing my screen to replace whites with pinks and pinks with greens. Being heavily dependent on my laptop, I needed a quick repair. My husband rang Rightclick and Adam was happy to look at the machine for us, at very short notice. Adam was very quick to diagnose the problem and had the laptop repaired, with a new screen fitted, at his home address, and ready to collect within 24hours. Absolutely fantastic service, very reasonable pricing and a faster repair than we could've hoped for. Would highly recommend to every victim of sudden laptop breakage!

The first time I used Adam was at Christmas just gone. I had a load of new hardware as gifts and Adam spent his boxing day fitting them all for me. I repeat BOXING DAY! The guy is a legend. Out of nowhere my computer just shut down and wouldn’t restart. No error messages just black screen. I reset the power supply and turned it back on and the computer would spool up for half a second and instantly shut down again. I know a decent amount about computers but I did not have the necessary tools to safely dismantle the pc myself. I phoned this company and was greeted by Adam. He was able to book me in for the same day (he only worked up the road from my house) and I was all set. He kept me updated on the diagnostic and was able to track the issue to a faulty power supply, he had one in stock and was able to repair my computer within about an hour. From my first phone call to picking my fixed pc back up we’re talking about 3 hours which is an incredible turn around. Amazing service, incredibly efficient and was clear and concise on the price. This service is the best I could of wished for! After being very nearly ripped off at a local independent computer repair store in Lichfield whom were willing to charge 4 times the amount for an issue that required no additional parts.... Fantastic service!! After struggling for about 2 weeks to fix my machine I eventually gave up and tossed it in a corner. It was then that I discovered Adams's computer repair service - and what a discovery. I trotted the computer round to his address at 11am and met Adam (and the dog) who explained how he saw the problem and how he intended to go about fixing it. At 4pm (same day) I received a phone call to say my computer was fixed and ready for collection. Superb service. BTW this included a complete service and overhaul, several tweeks and some much needed advice. i am a 71 year old who has had plenty of dealings with computer repair shops. mostly bad. but i found adam of right click computers about 18 months ago, this guy works from home, he is very honest and fully trustworthy. he has done many repairs for me all at a reasonable price, and all of them have been very good. if he think`s you don`t need something on you computer he will tell you, not just do it and charge you for it. i can`t recommend adam enough, if you have computer problems give adam a call you will be glad you did. thank you for all your help adam, regards, john.

A 5+ Star Service at Right Click! A story has started when one of the most important my hard drives is corrupted just a month ago. A life and business data (1TB) for more than 10 year-work were saved in this HD. I have never believed that one day I would not be able to access to my data for daily use; and therefore, I did not make any control measures and save copy of this information. Then, a very short online-search, I came to select the nearest computer services to where I live, even I did not search for data recovery service for one reason because it was Saturday!! A simple phone call with Right Click Service and a very confidence answer by them to say “bring the drive at your earliest convenience”. Immediately, I met the manager at a very friendly environment. A quick check of HD and unfortunately we have found its health is 0% but this not allowed the manger to never give up by trying the best. At first stage, the service was able to recover some data but it seems was corrupted with empty files. This did not satisfy the manager and therefore new advance software and commands have been used which allowed them finally to FULLY recover the data without corruption. Yes, everything (images, word, pdf, excel, software, reports, etc) has returned to me – it was 10 years work. Thank you very much for such as superb 5+ star service. I really appreciate the way that my issue has been dealt and I am totally thrilled with the excellent outcomes and achievements. The task has completed on time and at reasonable cost as well! I totally recommend this service to any one has a complex IT issue which cannot be solved easily.
