Simon and Vicky provided an excellent service throughout and always 'went the extra mile'. I had cause to contact Simon recently regarding an issue which I believed (incorrectly) to have been resolved when I sold my business in 2019. I have been using SM Computers for a number years and have to say that their service has always been great. I have had numerous tv installtions as well as IT work and also most recently i had them install a new TV for my son along with setting up his new Xbox so that it was all ready and working for Christmas day and even though they were extremely busy setting up clients so that they can work from home and they had also been providing mobile internet services for people struggling to work from home they still managed to come out to me late in the evening which happened to be around 21:30 in the evening which is what I had asked for and they were happy to accomodate as i didnt want my son to see the setup happening.

My initial requirement was to have a 40 inch TV wall-mounted along with appropriate cable management. The work done and the service provided by Simon and Vicky was of the highest professional standard. They brought their own vacuum and when they had finished, the work area was as tidy as when they started - in fact it was probably tidier! In addition, communication by email, text and telephone was clear, informative and helpful. Payment could conveniently be made by card - as they have their own mobile card terminal. All in all, a superlative professional service! As soon as I have had some electrical work completed in relation to a new power socket, I will be asking SM Computers to return to wall-mount a 55 inch TV into another room. If you want an outstanding job done at a very reasonable price, then don’t risk using a “cowboy” or “handyman” on your expensive kit. I would without hesitation absolutely recommend SM computers. Thanks once again to Simon and Vicky for making the whole process smooth, simple and painless!
