An emergency repair to the controls on my son's gaming chair was carried out without any hassle via post. Quick turn around, professional communication and a very fair price for the work done. Mike, who I dealt with, explained the options available in easily understood language but was happy to be given the final choice on how to proceed with the repair. Would definitely recommend and will use again when needed. Postage charges were very reasonable too.

My MacBook had given up the ghost and I was about to scrap it when my Brother-in-law recommended that I take it to Whitedog. To my amazement the chaps there miraculously resurrected my MacBook within a few days. I can highly recommend these guys who seem to know all there is to know about computers, Mac or Windows. This company went out of their way to help me. My sons charger port had broke in his switch but we could go out as we were isolating. They arranged to come and collect the switch for us and drop it back of whennit has been repaired. The customer service was second to none.

Cant recommend highly enough! My son has ASD his Nintendo switch is his greatest joy and therapy for hard times. It stopped charging and he was lost and upset, I prepared him for the 5-7 day wait but upon meeting my son and seeing his distress the kindest gent worked all afternoon to repair it the same day and even waited after hours to allow us travel time. I was truly, deeply touched by and am grateful for, this act of kindness.

Brilliant service from Carol at the front desk and Matt the magician in the workshop. I’d just spend a gruelling 20 hour day trying to get an urgent quote finished, I started again a few hours later in the morning and then after a break my Laptop wouldn’t turn on. To say I was distressed would be an understatement, but my friend recommended White Dog to me and they were awesome from start to finish, less than 2 hours later I had my working laptop back in my hands, thanks a lot guys 🙏🏻

Amazing service! My Xbox One X developed the hdmi 'black screen of death' and after attempting some troubleshooting at home I was unable to resolve. I was referred to Whitedog by a local repair shop citing a suspected hardware issue, and within a few days their engineer (Mike) had it repaired, good as new! Completely transparent with pricing and very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Great service. sorted out my troublesome computer, they got rid of all the rubbish that I didn't need or use anymore, back to basics. It's now running better that ever and easier to use. Took awhile to sort it all but worth every penny. would definitely use them again.

Friendly, informed and laptop soon upgraded. From the inital.. 'what do you use it for' to the advice on what I should go for, I couldn't be happier. No hard sell at all.
