Tim is a top chap, who is so modest, and really knows what he is talking about. My laptop was in need of urgent fixing and I rely on it heavily for business purposes. Extremely happy and impressed with the service I received. I had what turned out to be a few trojans on my laptop that Tim removed for me, as well as installing protective software. My laptop developed a fault and wouldn't boot up. I took it to a local, established computer shop who could not solve the problem. In desperation, I searched Google and notice the positive comments for Tim and his work. He quickly established what the problem was, provided an estimate for the work (which proved to be the actual price; no hidden "extras" or surprises) and completed the repair within four days. The laptop is now as good as new. I am absolutely delighted with Tim's service and happy to recommend him.

After having a problem with the laptop not charging properly we took it to Tim. We also asked him to give it a general service as it was running quite slowly. Tim found a couple of viruses which he removed and provided us with another charger. He also gave us advice about backing up the system as the hard drive is getting quite old. Tim is very helpful and listens to what you need. He removed the hard drive when my laptop died and set it up as an external one so all my files were saved. He set up my new laptop to run windows 7ish as I don't like windows 8. He also helped set up a CCTV camera system at my home. He is professional, patient and does a good job and his prices are fair with no hidden extras. I have used him before and will again.

All work was completed within 24 hours and ready for collection. The laptop is now working much faster than it has in a long time and with a new screen its as good as new.
