It's a great place for buying electronics and other sorts of gadgets. I had to return my laptop twice because they were both defective but the staff were very helpful with getting my issue solved. They gave me a £30 gift card when I exchanged my laptop which was unexpected but appreciated

I cannot fault the service that I had in Swansea's Morfa store today. A young man by the name of Vlad was extremely helpful. He sorted out a repair date for me and a few other queries that I had. All the time he spent dealing with me he also managed to help others with their issues....keeping people's waiting time to a minimum. This young man is a big asset to your store.

I had such wonderful experience. One particular staff called Dimpho I believe, took care of me and demonstrated the pure essence of customer service. She was very well spoken, clearly knowledgable and was helpful in suggesting the options available THOROUGHLY. Went in to the Morfa Swansea store to look at a new Vacuum cleaner and a Video doorbell. We were approached by Damien from the store asking if we needed any help. He was very helpfull and knowledgeable and we ended up buying a Shark Vacuum cleaner and Ring doorbell. Over the years probably spent thousands in Currys and have to say this experience because of Damien was probably the best. Well done and thank you.

Shopped looking for new TV, from the many displayed, after having a very well explained overview of the differences, decided upon the LG OLED 48A16LA, Luke the salesman advised they had one in stock, the first TV box had previously been opened, when checked it had a cracked screen, this was returned to the warehouse, where another was one was brought out, box previously opened, checked and was OK, it was agreed sale with a 10% discount. On taking home and unpacking, I was unable to assemble and setup as the fixing screws for the feet were missing. Repacked into box and returned next day. I went to the Returns Desk, advised the screws were missing, staff checked if they had stock, was told no sorry, I advised that the day before, the first TV had a cracked screen, would it be possible to check if the screws were in that box? They were, so handed to me, returned home, assembled and setup, connected to the mains, thankfully this TV worked OK. A lot of hassle to buy a TV, I'll certainly have second thoughts about any future purchases, from this experience Curry's will not be my 1st choice.

Large shop with lots of parking, can be a pain getting out of the car park when busy. Much the same as all curry stores. Staff were helpful. I personally find their extended warranties expensive and I purchased elsewhere this time

Currys is Currys….but what I felt here was as that there appeared indifference towards the customers. Oh, the staff was polite but appeared “distant” and not very well-informed. But maybe it was one of those days when everything doesn’t fall into place. That said, the store is well-stocked, the mezzanine floor easily approachable.

But being a big store you would have thought stock but on their cheaper end it seems not but still a few to pick from but eventually picked a hisense 50 inch for 379 which while you get a lot for the money picture ok so not whot I wanted but the Chinese are filling the cheaper end

Staff were great as the website was acting up and i couldnt order online to collect and so they sorted it in store (although I did meet one or two who were dismissive but i assumed I caught those ones on an off day) overall i got what I needed done and in a timely manner. Plus disability wise its quite level and there is a lift though there was no disabled parking outside the store. Disabled parking was round the corner but there are usually non disabled spaces outside if you need the additional space for a mobility aid it is an issue.

The Currys tech did spend rather a long time trying to work out how It broke and went back together, despite me showing him, but in the end I was given an exchange unit, which is an important part of buying there. Happy with the result but maybe a little staff training needed.

This Curry's is an excellent size, with expansive stick and is well laid out (especially with regards to COVID-19). Delivery times are reasonable, there are excellent sales to be had, and good finance packages if they are required. Staff are polite and accommodating, making my buying experience quick and painless.

Always love a visit to this store and have done since I was a child. Nothing beats admiring new tech and they have it all. Always have wonderful deals and the employees are awesome, helpful and super informative. I would take a day trip here instead of the park any day and they always have some amazing deals and offers going on weather its regarding clearance, discounts, bundles or finance with no interest. Wish I worked there but I probably would never get anything done with all that awesome tech to distract me 😅

It’s great place but one thing concerns me I bought a fridge freezer did have a label on it for 10 years warranty when I took it to the counter they said we do only five years warranty and you have to do it online we don’t do it here which is their job to do that over-the-counter

Went last week to store to research gifts for Xmas and returned today to purchase those gifts. The member of staff who helped us was very helpful and very informative. 'Black Friday' sale was disappointing as they had no stock of what I wanted. I then chose a more expensive alternative product but that didn't exist either so I went to Argos and got it cheaper.

Went to click and collect and initially was told to wait at collect desk. Next to it is repairs. I waited a while and thought oh! that must be the queue for click and collect as well as repairs. Waited a while as it looked as if people were dealing with their repairs. Once at the counter I was dealt with efficiently and in a friendly respectful manner and the Customer Service assistant sorted everything out. It is a busy time for them. I assume the man wandering around looking professional with his mobile in his hand in a suit was the manager !

Walked in about 5 oclock, got served straight away, and walked out again just 10 minutes later with a new printer, a HP Envy. It prints, photocopies and scans. All for 74 quid. So simple!

Unfortunately when my items turned up 1 was damaged, rang the number for customer service and spent 30 mins on hold or being passed around to be told they could offer me a 10% discount if i kept it. Told them i wanted a replacement and was told to ring back following day. Rang the next day and again offered 10 % to keep it. When i told them i wanted a replacement was told best bet was to go to the store. 2 visits to store and was told they didnt know when they would have them so i was put on a list to get 1 as soon as they came into stock and they would ring me the day before and on they day. Had a phone call today off my son to say the freezer had turned up. They gave me no notice or phone call at all and the first freezer was full of food of which i lost most. Thankfully second freezer was undamaged. Not sure if i would trust buying here again.

Went in on black Friday to see what TVs they had on offer as we were after a new one. We were looking to spend around £400-£600 depending on the spec/offers. We were quickly approached by the Samsung sales rep who directed us to a few but in the end recommended a £999 55inch 2020 Samsung QLED tv which was on offer and came with a free Samsung Soundbar worth £299 so a lot more than we were looking to spend but the sales rep advised that the soundbar came with Q Symphony which uses the speakers on the TV (which are good) along with the soundbar (also good) in unison which pretty much sold it for us so we went with that. We collected the TV the next day and the soundbar was delivered about 2 weeks later. Upon setting up the soundbar and connecting it to the TV and mounting it to the wall I couldn't figure out how to set up the Q Symphony feature only to find that it is not supported by the soundbar which was the only reason we spent the extra money to have it included in the offer so very disappointed. We're are currently in the process of contacting Currys/PC World to see what they can so as I do feel we've been miss sold and given false info to force a sale. Had we known the soundbar didn't support Q Symphony we probably wouldn't have spent as much as we did and gone for a cheaper model without a free soundbar.

If your looking for quality recommendations on mobile phones this is the place to go. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. I went for an upgrade and they managed to get me a better deal than my mobile provider. Don't know how they do it but they must negotiate with the phone providers. They always have the latest phones

Didn't really have time to think. The salesman appeared out of nowhere and showed us only one make of TV. Not the make we were looking for. We took the TV with us and it seems you are not shown every make or bargain in-store only the one make the Salesman works for. We sat in the car with the tv in the back and felt slightly amazed we bought it without looking at others in-store. Plus Mark is the TV we had is good so no complaints other than time to really consider other makes and prices. That is the reason we took one star off.

The customer service from Ian in the Morfa Swansea branch was outstanding today. We went in to tell them about a faulty cooker they had delivered. Unfortunately we didn't have the serial number. He gave us his contact details. When I tried to call back, I couldn't get through, however, within minutes Ian called us back, apologising as he was busy with a customer. He then took all the further details he needed and sorted removal of the faulty cooker and the delivery of a new one. Boosh!

Really good service from the Samsung & Sony representative that were available on the day of my visit. Both went into great detail with the tv's that I was looking at. But when it comes to the decision I love Sony but I had to go with the Samsung. I am currently waiting for my delivery which will be Wednesday!!! Overall I have to say they both had great product knowledge and amazing customer service skills. The only thing I will say that can use improvements in this store is staff. You need more staff. I know times are tough cost wise but I returned a few times and I was stood around looking for someone to help, I was so close to leaving without a purchase on two occasions. 1st Samsung 4k tv 2nd canon printer £199 and both within a week of each other. This is the only reason I have not given the 5 stars. But thank you for you great help when I spotted someone.

Yesterday , our visit was a complete disaster . I was left standing around when I wanted to buy an iPad , finally, after being told that all their computers were down all over the country , I was given Tom to help me . They have a good selection of goods and you can actually see what you're buying before you take it home. The additional sales they try to sell you are a complete scam. I bought a laptop and the sales assistant tried to sell me a recovery package, in fact used scare tactics to try and close the sale. When I got the laptop home there's a recovery setting already on the system, it would have been money wasted.

Disappointing. Very unhelpful.dont sell adapters or wires. Purchased headset for use with Xbox one and PC for eg they sell headset but not adapters for PC. You would expect somewhere like PC world to supply these .the staff just look blank at you. No wonder high street failing had to get it online. Also they sell rewritable CD s but not CD cases !!!? Had to go to Poundland for that !!
