Built my first PC and had an issue immediately it constantly restarting. Didn't have spare components to trouble shoot and stressed myself out over the course of 14 days. Had enough and looked for some help. Adrian was massively helpful and got my issue fixed at an awesome price. Genuinely nice guy and very knowledgeable. I would be more than happy to reach out to him if I needed more help.

Best PC Shop in Swansea! Rang a few other places before asking questions about my PC which I had finished building but it showed no display, all of the other places said it would be £40 (around that price) for them just to take a look. Summer Valley PC'S however, before evening mentioning a price, straight away was explaining things and trying to give me advice on how to fix it over the phone which was outstanding service in comparison to some of the other companies. Then brought it in to the shop which the lovely man proceeded to give me updates whenever he discovered any issues or positives, completed everything for me and helped me install the correct software. Then when I asked how much it was, he charged me the small amount of just a brief fix and assembly even though he took the time to figure out the issue and gave me advice free of charge. If you are looking for a reliable, comfortable and trustworthy PC shop, Look no further. You have found the best.

I can guarantee you that you will receive the most professional service from Adrian. I accidently dropped my laptop and as a result had a slightly broken hinge so went looking out for PC repair shops nearby but there weren't many. From the ones I did manage to find, they all charged between £30-£50 just for taking a look and on top of that fees for replacement parts. Luckily, from having a look at the reviews I could tell this was my best option. No silly, charges to take apart my laptop and put it back together again. Unfortunately the damage was a little expensive, but Adrian straightforwardly just told me to send it back to the manufacturer as I had a warranty. Simple. If it was anyone else this would not be the case.

We are delighted to have discovered Summer Valley PCs. Adrian has carried out repairs and installed the latest software on our PC and laptop. In the past we had not adequately backed up files and had a crisis when our hard drive broke down. He was able to have all the data recovered for us and he set us up with all the necessary means to back up everything from now on. All this work has been done quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable cost. He was very kind and patient in dealing with us (two 70 year-olds with little technical know-how!). He listened to every query and went out of his way to make sure we understood all the changes made. We can unreservedly recommend this company.

My system needed a data retrieval job that others had been unable to complete. Adrian was friendly, helpful and communicated each step of the repair process. Summer Valley PCs / Adrian fixed my lenovo laptop, ordered in a new part and fitted it perfectly all with in around 3 days. The power cable had come clean off but it wasnt a problem. Very well priced, repaired on time and was always open to questions, I was unsure on where to take my work laptop to get repaired in Swansea, but couldn't be happier. With both of our kids being home schooled at the moment we decided upgrade it to have a solid-state drive installed. What a difference its made. From switching it on to being able to use it went from approx 10 min to 35 secs! Upgrading was a fraction of the cost of replacing it with a new one and well worth doing! Summer Valley PCs were so fast in turning round this upgrade and I would highly recommend anyone thinking of replacing an old laptop to speak to Adrian at Summer Valley PCs first in upgrading to a SSD!

Have received superb service from this firm for years. Cannot speak too highly of Adrian for whom nothing is too much trouble; any PC issues resolved very quickly at home or at his workshop. Have just purchased a new computer . Adrian provided all advice necessary to choose, provide, and set up the new computer as well as transferring data, etc from old to new. Adrian service was 5 star from the minute I phoned him. My 2012 macbook needed a new hard drive due to it's slow speed and Adrian was the guy for the job. He turned it round in 2 days and my macbook is like a brand new machine for a third of the price of any other repairer. Cant rate this place enough! Top work. Adrian from Summer Valley PCs, has very successfully resurrected 2 laptops for me. One of which was suffering from an almost terminal decline, and is now fully functioning, and allowing me to continue work, without constant delays through gremlin's wreaking havoc. The other through my own folly of upgrading to an operating system, which was in effect strangling the laptop, once again he returned to me a fully functioning laptop. SUMMER VALLEYS PCs, What a great little company, I called them out to check my laptop, the boss (ADRIAN) came to my home and was excellent and a nice guy, he checked it completely and had to take it back to his workshop for a test, he diagnosed the problem which was the hard drive and kept me updated by phone and i had it back in within 48 hours, EXCELLENT PRICE, EXCELLENT SERVICE, 100% HAPPY, TRY HIM YOU WON'T REGRET IT, THANKS AGAIN ADRIAN.
