c. w.Extremely happy with the service I received. Issy helped me select a new phone (I'm a mature customer and quite honestly most of the technology baffles me!). She was very patient and helpful. Answered any questions I had and I left feeling that I had made a good purchase with great service. I would certainly look for her on my next visit. She is a great asset to the store.

R. S.Bought a brand new washing machine from here recently - what I absolutely hated? And not the first time it’s happened here with the sales assistants - always told by the person who serves them to give them 10/10 in a survey for customer service. The minute they do that - it’s a no from me. Customer service reviews should not need to be asked for - you earn your rating by providing good service - not telling the customer to do it. Really bugs me!
