First time I've used this company as I recently had problems with my PC not working and I was also looking to get a new one as well as having this one fixed. Spoke to a guy called Neil who came round and picked up my PC and had it fixed within 48 hours (for a charge of £60 inc new RAM which I thought was reasonable especially as he picked it up and delivered it back as I couldn't make it to the shop) as they state on their website. He also sorted me out a new PC within 3 working days as promised and delivered that round too and helped me set it up etc. I am happy with the service all around and would definitely go there again
