I went to Appel with my ancient Macbook Pro that literally blown up while Djing due to a power surge suppy issue, the Mac was completely dead! It didn't look good, i thought id lost all my DJ MP3 music files! Keith gave me hope saying he may be able to salvage and save my huge music collection and photo's that were saved on this 15 year old Mac! After 24 hours he had managed to resurrect my computer and get it onto "life support", at the same time removing my MP3's and the family photo's after lots of incredible difficult techy stuff that i would never have any idea how to do! I purchased a lovely great priced 2nd hand Macbook Pro from Appel and Keith transferred all my music over to the new machine. Very happy with the service, this business has helped me keep a huge amount. Thank You

So pleased with the work Keith did on my iMac, had to happen during lockdown and home schooling! Keith said he could increase my mac speed X4, well Chrome opens in 3 seconds instead of 12 seconds. Reboot is now so fast I don't need to make a cup of tea while it boots. Thank you Keith

Had an issue with my Mac and Keith had a look and fixed it, problem still existed again so he said the logic board had gone. Sent it away and all fixed. Keith tuned up my machine and working like new, he cancelled all payment from first fix that did not cure issue. Top bloke, knows what he is doing.

Highly recommend! Keith did a battery replacement for my Macbook and now has the battery life like a brand new Macbook. Keith had also worked his magic on fixing other aspects such as fan control to make my Macbook work even more smoothly at no extra cost! Overall, a brilliant service and also reasonably priced!

Had a problem - dead MacBook Air 2012 caused by my amateur efforts over 4 hour to repair it It was working ok when I started. Rang Keith. Took it to the workshop. An hour later. Problem solved. Well the problem I created was solved. Mac working but the new part would have been more than I wanted to pay (I am so tight I squeak when I walk) so reinstated. Now 12 months on still working fine. Total cost about £40. Amazing service at any price but this cheap astonishing. Was able to watch while he worked. Promised to review but this is 12 months on and that adds to the reliability of the review.

I went to Keith after Apple told me that my 6 year old Macbook Pro was now considered "vintage" and they couldn't help me (!!!). Upon entering his workshop I was instantly filled with confidence. He is so knowledgable and has been working on Apple products since the early 80s. He quickly identified the issue (an SSD error) but didn't immediately go for the most expensive option (Apple part replacement). He tried to fix the drive error first and when that, sadly, didn't work he replaced it with a better, but more cost effective, option. I now have a fully working laptop with double the HDD space at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Keith to anyone who is out of warranty on their Apple devices. A first rate service and a thoroughly decent chap.

Outstanding service. Took in a broken macbook which wouldn't turn on to Apple to which they said the model was too old to fix. Took it Keith @ Appel upon recommendation. Fixed it up and did more than I asked for to make it better than it ever was before, and is now faster than ever. All at a reasonable price, highly recommend.
