Jordan was an absolute angel! He was so very patient, calm and empathetic. I was in a bit of a panic about my macbook and he went through everything calmly and clearly. I went and got a cup of tea next door while i left him to work through the issues. It was such a relief to know everything was in good hands and that he would sort it out for me. Lovely polite and genuine chap. Thank you Jordan! You made my day!

Telford Town centre, and Telford Town Park, are both lovely places to visit. The park has something for every age group, and so too, the shops in the centre. I love visiting there. Numerous coffee shops, restaurants, and take aways to suit every taste and pocket.

My Late 2015 iMac recently died. I was impressed with the speed, friendliness and honesty of the Storm Front team in store, on their help line and at their repair depot. In the end I decided to undertake the significant repair, and was able to collect my machine within the promised time frame. Having now met them, I would definitely try and source future Apple kit from them, the three year warranty they offer on new sales adds value too.

Booked an appt. to have a chat re an issue with usb connectivity to my macbook. The staff member on the desk listened; investigated the matter as far as they could; checked with colleagues to see if there was anything more that could be done; were empathetic to my situation (losing my university work); and recommended further support as they were unable to solve the problem. Went back the same day and discussed apple watches with a different member of staff and again they were extremely knowledgeable, and gave me their full attention despite other customers being in store. I wouldn't hesitate to go to Stormfront again, the facilitation of great customer service vastly outweighed not being able to solve my initial problem! 100x better than currys/pc world!

Took a MacBook Pro here that had developed a fault just out of guarantee. They were very professional and sent it off to their repair centre in Exeter. Exeter were also very good at keeping us informed. We had bought the MacBook from an Apple Store with 1yr guarantee. Stormfront guarantee everything for 3yrs as standard - worth remembering, and I wish we had bought from Stormfront in the first place!

Got my iPhone screen fixed by a 3rd party company and it turns out it's not genuine. Stormfront had a look at the screen for and took it apart, free of charge! They confirmed it wasn't genuine and have sent photos to me to back this up. Fantastic staff. Beth and Louise are a credit to the company.

Bought my apple Watch from there spoke to Steph, knew her stuff talked me through all the salient points. I have since bought an I phone X from Steph as well, again went through all the options and what they all did, in the end plumbed for the X. Steph's customer service is excellent, also not forgetting a very good reason to buy from Stormfront is they offer a 3 year warranty Apple is 1 year

I was a little worried about coming to this store because I’d seen bad reviews on here but the service was great! Went to get my iPad rebooted after a software failure and all the staff were very efficient and polite throughout. Didn’t take long to fix it and they didn’t try to sell me anything

I accidently Disabled my phone and couldnt get back into it through itunes. I asked apple support how much it would cost to go in store to do it and they said Free of charge. When I got in I was charged £10 as 'it is free to go directly through apple but not through us'
