Received prompt and efficient service to repair my laptop - which was delivered back to me repaired and working again within a few hours. I was given a clear explanation of the fault and friendly and helpful advice on improving and upgrading the machine - (with no sales pressure) if I wished. I will certainly use Cole's service again to support my IT needs.

Really impressed with the excellent service Cole provided. I thought my computer was beyond repair but he was confident that he could bring it back to a good quality performance.
