K. M.Had an issue with my iPhone and was advised to book an appointment. I arrived early and was seen straight away. The chap who assisted me was very courteous and knowledgeable. He ran some tests on my phone and the proceeded to clean the connections.
All of the staff were friendly and helpful especially as I had two young children running around who were causing mayhem.

A. D.Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff and I have been a Apple user since the Apple II so have picked up the odd thing about Macs. 3 year warranty on laptops is better than elsewhere. Apple only gives a year and even John Lewis only manages 2 years. Talk to these people if you are thinking of purchasing an Apple product.

G. W.Came in this week to buy a MacBook after doing some research, and it was a leisurely breeze. The guy who served me, whose name I think was Liam, was really helpful and took me through the whole finance process step by step. Their finance plan is tremendous and the application process is easy to understand right the way through.
Myself and my wife have bought laptops from Stormfront and both times the service has been great. I highly recommend them.
N. B.SUPERB SERVICE over many years......that they are a re-seller is neither here nor there as research should give this information beforehand - which is up to the owner of an Apple product. ( they received one star for this from another reviewer ) I would give 6 stars . Been a customer for many years. Always helpful. Nothing is too much trouble..... Always enough technical know how in store. Well managed . Spotless . Friendly . Concentrate on solving needs of their public. F. T.After the follow-up contact to the review that I posted recently, Stormfront dealt swiftly and fairly to put the problem right. Action from both the Truro branch manager, Andy Matthew (who responded within 24 hours offering a solution) and Stormfront Customer Services' Alison Nutall, displayed that the company has excellent response to customer care
This is my original review: If you want to buy an Apple device or are willing to pay for repairs. I am sure Stormfront is an excellent outlet. However, their status as Apple authorised agents is questionable.
Unfortunately, Stormfront (Truro) was unhelpful with my issue. I had a phone with a recognised Apple fault which meant phone would be exchanged free of charge by Apple. An appointment was set up through Apple support to deliver phone to Stormfront (Truro) for them to forward to Apple. Because phone was out of warranty, Stormfront refused to deal with it (other than opening to confirm genuine Apple), insisting that they were unable to send anything back to Apple that wasn't covered by the manufacturer's Warranty.
I then had to make the journey to Plymouth from Penzance to deal with the issue (4 hours return on the train). Apple store agent in Plymouth stated that Stormfront was an excellent country-wide company, but he had heard lots of negatives about the Truro branch.
It is important that Cornwall has access to Apple's services and if this is the best service we can expect I am concerned.
L. B.Went in roughly knowing what I wanted, very friendly staff helped me make more of an informed decision. I left getting a higher spec model than I initially wanted, but there was no hard sell at all, very happy I made the upgrade and couldn't have asked for a better experience in store. Plus I got the 10 month interest free option which is amazing.
f. K.Last week I bought a MacBook ex demo. As its charger was getting hot I took it in for a look. Initially the people I dealt with were unhelpful and unfriendly (the older guy behind the desk could clearly not be bothered to speak to me) but finally one younger fellow sorted the problem and was incredibly helpful and kind and found a solution to the problem. A game of two halves.

A. R.My second visit to the tech people here. First was when they somehow fixed a bricked iPad that everyone else said could not be done. Equally impressed this time. Needed hand holding setting up new (well, for me) iPhone, where I'd locked myself out of iCloud and couldn't remember my security question answers*. Sorted out in three minutes. Also cleared my old phone so I could give it to someone and installed all my apps and set them up. And uber friendly too. Can't praise highly enough.
(* Oh, the 'beach' answer was 'Juno' btw! Remembered when I got home. That'll teach me to try to be clever)
J. S.I ws locked out of my i-Pad and phoned the store in some panic! I spoke to Vicky, explained that I had looked on the Apple site, but had not been able to resolve the issue.I then went to the Truro store. Vicky was so helpful, and solved the problem in a very calm and kindly way (I am a silver surfer). Thank you, Vicky.

Very helpful and understanding if anyone else has broken I phone still under warranty DONT listen to (in my Instance, Tesco who wanted to charge me £184 plus postage.) remember legally if it's under warranty u shouldn't have to pay. Taking phone in tomoz an if they can't fix it will get new phone in 2 days- tesco said at least 4 weeks!
