Absolutely would recommend to everyone! Been here more than once now. Really liked the way the company went above and beyond to assist as they always do, very honest and transparent, I like the way the service was delivered from beginning to end, added to that is the full transparency as to the work that was conducted on my phone repair, I even had my old phone components and parts shown to me that were changed, no pressure or no hard sales tactics used, nice to see somebody that takes conceit in the work and does what they are good at and interact with the public well, I've been to other shop repairers in the past, and the level of service in this place it's definitely a 10 star one, recommend to use it, if you have an expensive phone, you get the peace of mind here, and a warranty for the work, also the store is big, probably the biggest in warrington, I ended up buying a multitude of things from here, pick up a phone case and tempered glass and a laptop bag and AirPods, like another Currys but better on price!!

This is my first review, never put one up before. Amazing shop.located in town on the high street. Was easy to get to, next to Hop Pole Pub. Went there to repair my phone, change the LCD screen. They were outright honest about what they were going to do, the cost and how long it would take. I would say don't hesitate going there as you get good value for money…my service rep was knowledgeable and had a very positive individual attitude. I could be their number one fan very so easily. The store is clean tidy. You feel good when you go in there. I have one more phone I will be taking in next week for to get it fixed. I would give them a 5 Star rating all day long. The staff dealt with me in a very professional manner. Would always recommend my friends and family. Keep it up guys, will use you only going forward,

My phone was a disaster from start to finish with a cracked screen as well as being unusable from water damage. This was dealt with in the promised half hour slot. My side buttons also then became an issue which due to the money I had already spent he was kind enough to work on the problem in his own spare time with the cost of the part itself only being added to the price.

I emailed at 8am this morning and had a response within the hour telling me that the rear glass of my iPhone 11 Pro Max could be replaced today for just £79.99!!!! I couldn’t believe how quick and reasonably priced this was! Can’t recommend these guys enough. Very reliable and will definitely be using them again when I next encounter a phone issue (hopefully not for a while haha) 👍🏼

The company is very professional. I received a speedy service and the repair was conducted in front of me. I felt valued as a customer because their process is excellent as to being welcomed when you come in the store and I felt like I could trust their service and advice as they came across genuine, everything was explained meticulously and they were no hard sale techniques. I wanted value for my money and excellent quality workmanship and that is what I received. I am not the type of person that would pay less for less in quality and I rather spend that pound extra to receive a service that I won’t have to complain about or come back to complain about as in if something goes wrong. Been two weeks and no issues with my phone. Will be taking my my husband company phones in tomorrow’s I will look forward to using them regularly now and I would love to recommend!

I have used this Company twice now, every time the repair technician knew what he was doing. This time my mrs dropped beer onto my phone and it fell out of my hand on the floor and some idiot next to me stood on it. I thought it was beyond repair because I had beer on it and the phones screen was practically in pieces, flickering first and it just went off. I was so angry with my mrs because I thought I had lost everything, all my contact etc as I had not backed up my phone. Took it to a few shops- local thinking everyone does the the same job but I never left my phone with the other shops because i went to because I wasn’t comfortable with the customer service and the repairers telling me I might lose my data so I tried the shop ‘u smash’ in town again as I did use them before, the first time when my brother in law wanted his phone fixed and we bought it in town here and had an earpiece changed, the tech did a fab job. Anyway, went back this time with my phone and honestly loved the service, was in and out in twenty mins tops, never lost my data, and this tech repaired my phone in front of me so I knew what was happening. I liked this factor. I like this about this shop as they are confident, friendly and professional. Gave me a 12 months warranty on my screen so I’m happy days and would recommend. Thanks mate, really appreciate your help, I know you was super busy but you made time to help quickly and did a brill job. Hats off. Top service definitely recommend!!! :)

Brilliant man, absolutely lovely. Fixed my IPAD and Samsung the same day. I waited around in town whilst he fixed it. Came back to pick it up and he even got me a cup of tea. We need more of this. Excellent customer service and very polite. Local lad. Always seen him smiling when I walk past the shop in town with my son. Thank you for your professionalism and the lovely gesture of getting me a cup of tea! Felt like he was genuine not like other shops that are just after your money and don’t care. By far the best experience ever, even if long winded, the owner is incredibly nice and could really not do enough for me he was always helping, my phone died and my charger broke so today I went to Argos to replace the charger to only find out that it was my phone not charger. I instantly got my bike and headed here - honestly with no hope. I left it with him and was told only 30 mins and 30 mins is how long it took. Going home I found that it still did not work infact being on charge only lost it percentage and I scurried back and he was quick to the trigger giving me a new charger and a can of sprite for the troubles. Would definitely recommend this service I thoroughly enjoyed his company even if I’d rather not of been there with a broken phone!

This shop is EXCELLENT ('U Smash I fix'). Went to Golden Square to a Phone Hut, (Small Cube type of stall), can't remember what it is called now but I ended up buying a case from them for £15...I was then heading home down Hatters Row towards the Taxi Rank, and found this shop whilst passing to my left... (‘U smash I Fix’), Liked the name so I thought I would go inside and see what they do / sell only to find that they have at least 50 times more variety than anywhere I have ever been, and they sell really nice cases, fab quality and branded also. I bought a Branded Gear 4 Case £10 and an Iphone5 case for £5. When I was speaking to the chap in Shop I started explaining an issue I had on one of my phones which my son uses…it doesn’t charge properly anymore, he was confident with fixing it, he firstly, diagnosed it in front of me and showed me on a device it was attached to that it was not actually taking charge so it was the charging port, basically no power was going into the phone and I needed to have this part fixed only and a battery change was not needed, he did not have to show me what he was doing but was confident to do so which I really liked. I would normally give my phone into any shop to get it fixed and come back later, this person saved me alot of time. I actually thought the battery and maybe the charging port had gone before i came here but lucky for me this guy was honest and told me it was just the charging port that only needed changing … I gave in my phone to get the charging port fixed here on the spot and he did it within 15 mins, super quick and fast service, was done in front of me which I really liked and he even gave me the old part back... In summary...Golden Square are a rip off, I would recommend to use here instead to get your phone cases etc, better staff as well that actually care about what you want and they are really professional in what they do and they fix phones well so I would recommend to get your phone done here. Just seen other reviews and seems like its a known company for their hard work, keep up the work! 5***** STARS!!!!!!!

Came here to enquire as to whether they would buy my iPhone 6 as it was water damaged, had a broken screen also as it was dropped from before, I thought it might be worth something to nothing for parts only maybe but I did not have any high hopes that anyone would buy it anyway because of the state it was in, thought would try to sell it, worth a shot, but this gentleman fixed it!!!!! Took an hour and I could not believe my eyes... it is working...i am using it right now!!!! The gent, changed the screen and the water damage aspect of it was fixed... Now that is what I call a Technician, fair play mate, you deserve this review, fantastic service received, I would go here to fix my phone. I will try to look after my phone and if I damage it again, you know I will be coming to you to get it fixed.

I called in to "U Smash iFix" in Warrington town centre when I was passing today. I bought a dabber for my mobile phone. I didn't have enough cash on me so the shop owner said I can have it for £2 instead of £3. Very nice guy and a shop which I have found to be well stocked and offering competitive prices in the past too when I bought a power adaptor for my laptop. ......... Ian (Warrington)
