I needed assistance with my home computer, it was running really slowly. I contacted Will from CTA systems and he couldn’t do enough from start to finish. From initial call to job completion was two days, even over the bank holiday weekend. Will upgraded my computer and helped (remotely) set up the desktop so my wife can use it for work. Will went above and beyond what I was expecting and I would highly recommend CTA.

My laptop had failed and I was concerned that I would lose all my data including personal arrangements following a bereavement. Will came out Thursday and assured me that although the laptop had probably seen better days, he was confident that he would be able to restore my data to a portable hard drive until I was able to get a new laptop. I did get another laptop and sure enough Will was on hand to set it up for me and transfer all the data from my old laptop to the new one – I could not have done it without his help. Not only is Will an expert in his field, he is extremely caring and helpful and goes out of his way to assist in whatever way he can. I have used Will previously with a laptop problem and I would not hesitate in recommending people to contact him – no problem is too small for him.
