I found IT Solutions (UK) very professional and helpful. I came to them after a mishap with my laptop. The screen had been cracked and my cover plan didn’t cover this. After putting an advert for help, IT Solutions (UK) reached out to me. They were very responsive and I found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful. After helping me to decide which replacement screen I required, it was promptly ordered and fitted with turnaround time to get this fixed quite quick. The cost to have this fixed was reasonable too. I would highly recommend IT Solutions (UK) to anyone in need of any repairs for a laptop.

I can't thank or recommend David highly enough. My laptop screen developed a fault that restricted my ability to work on it from home (rather vital right now!), and in less than an afternoon he'd managed to fix the issue. David was accessible and extremely communicative, contacting me as soon as I reached out initially with my problem. I was able to drop my laptop off with him shortly afterwards (although he did also offer to collect it), and within a couple of hours I was able to collect my fixed laptop. I was anticipating a rather costly repair, and possibly a replacement screen, but David was able to repair my existing screen, and for an extremely fair and reasonable price. David was extremely professional and clearly very knowledgeable on all aspects of IT. I'll definitely contact him again with any issues in the future - thank you, David!

I was really worried about getting my laptop fixed because of the current global situation.
