Great service and reasonable price. My son's laptop had a liquid damage ( hot tea ) and first I sent it to the retailers recommended repair centre. After a month they returned the product back to me saying it's beyon repair. I had spilled water on my macbook air keyboard and did literally everything you shouldn't have done so ended up frying it and it not turning on. I read the reviews of PC and Mobile Solutions and decided to choose them. I've often avoided having to use phone/laptop repair shops because it's a very male dominated industry and so these types of shops are usually intimidating for me - alongside the anxiety of potentially being ripped off. I've had this laptop for 7 years and I rely on it for everything so you can imagine I was panicked but using this place saved me a lot of stress. He gave me a number of options, reasonably priced, explained everything patiently and on top of that it was all sorted within a couple of days. Coffee was spilt over my HP laptop and it would not power up, tried all the YouTube/Google suggestions and ended up at PC solutions. They managed to resurrect the thing, if it was not for PC solutions I would have lost years of data…. AND it was only £70!!!! a HP specialist quoted significantly more and said all my data would be lost as they would have to replace all the parts. Great service, friendly, honest and super fast!!

I have bought a computer from these guys a few years ago and they were brilliant and reliable then and the computer is still working with no problems with it and it never has had - I would recommend anyone buying one from them than anywhere else. A phenomenal experience. I ended up here because I really needed to fix my work laptop. On a Thursday morning at 10am, I walked down Watford High Street. The first repair shop was closed. The second was open but the computer repairman was not in. The third shop looked at the settings/specs on my computer and said "its a very good spec laptop - nothing else we can do". I walked around the high-street and ended up on Market Street and met Javed. He looked at the spec and said the same thing as the previous person in that "its a pretty good laptop, should work well" but went on to say that he would investigate the problem and find a solution. He did find a solution and the computer is working really well. I even ended up getting the RAM upgraded and its worked great since! Javed kept me informed of the cost, timeline and sent me an itemised invoice for work expenses too. Overall, a 10-star service!!!!!

My laptop's cooling fan died resulting in my machine refusing to start up. I thought it would be a simple fix but checking on the internet discovered my particular fan was located deep in the laptop and required a complicated dismantlement to get at it with no guarantee the laptop will start up ok afterwards. I called PC & Mobile solutions who were very helpful. They were able to replace the cooling fan without any fuss on time and at a very reasonable cost. I was impressed by their service and commitment to get the work done. My laptop is working fine now and will definitely use their services again. Recommended.

I cant say anything less than EXCELLENT. I had a 2 TB external hard disk which recently got corrupted (badly). I had all my photos, documents, videos etc in it to be recovered. These guys were dedicated to recover my data. Initially they said that they are having issues recovering it. I requested them to have as much time as needed to get as much data as possible. I had a USB that needed repairing for a friend. The plastic casing had broken exposing the pcb and therefore the USB was not functioning. Javid was recommended to me. This seemed an impossible task, very fiddly and delicate work which could take some time. There was a lot of data on the USB over 2000 files so it was very important. This is the case of a Toshiba laptop which was showing BLUE screen and I didn't know what to do next.
