I have nothing but praise for PCW Solutions. When my old laptop crashed recently, Ben and Amey could not have been more helpful at diagnosing the problem, giving me advice on a replacement laptop, transferring my files onto the new machine and then sorting out remotely various teething problems. They were unfailingly calm, reassuring, courteous and professional, just the qualities one needs in the midst of what feels like a disaster situation! Thank you so much!

Ben helped me build my new gaming PC, may i add during the pandemic!! Saneet was extremely helpful with helping my mum add her work emails to her phone and laptop, i don't have the patience with her :) Alex showed me that my internet at home was so slow and thats why we couldn't get into meeting, i left it with him, he was straight on the phone to my provider.
