My sons laptop died and based on the reviews here I reached out to Jeff for a repair. We dropped off the laptop at their office in Woking and it was dropped back to our home 2 days later all up and running! It was a pleasure dealing with Jeff through the whole process and we were kept informed throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending you seek out Cretronix for your laptop repair needs.

Had a hardware issue with my laptop. Jeff was polite, professional and above all responsive. He went out of his way to collect the laptop and patiently worked through the issues to fix.
