Brilliant service from Lucas and his colleagues. Answered a written question promptly and comprehensively. Popped in to have a new battery fitted, all done within 10 minutes, and then to resolve a complex iPhone problem. Lucas wouldn't be beaten ! Took 15 minutes and then he cracked it - what a relief. And Elvikom's charges were more than modest.

Had issues with a Mac-Probook that the lad left out overnight and it rained. Took it to Elvikom and they sorted it within two days including fitting a new battery. A very professional service given and nothing was to much trouble, they even re-configured outlook as emails weren't being sent. A great find and good value for money and I highly recommend them.

Took my ipad in for a check up as it had been ‘running slow ‘ Upon investigation it was discovered that the problem was caused by my not having shut down various apps correctly. Even though the issue had been caused by me Lukasz refused payment due to his ‘no fix no fee ‘ policy. A very refreshing attitude in this day and age!! Wonderful customer service.

Excellent from start to finish. I wish i found Lucas earlier. He's honesty and knowledge on my mac book pro computer was absolutely excellent. I would use definitely again. Guys if you want some to fix you apple products Lucas is the person. Any issues i have in the future i will be using ELVIKOM Definitely.
