I always us Coastal Computers for all my PC problems and installations. Adam always responds very quickly and whether it's a home visit or using Team Viewer to take over my PC remotely, Adam always solves the problem confidently, leaving me a completely satisfied customer. He was able to set up a VMWare Workstation for me for using old Lotus 123 software I have that is 32 bit and so won't load on up to date 64 bit systems. It's fantastic and so is Adam! I highly recommend Coastal Computers.

Adam is my absolute HERO. I literally lost all my emails and work from the last 11 years. When i say vanished all my folders were empty. After just one session I was convinced that Adam's tailor-made approach is by far the most efficient and cost effective way of helping anyone to get the best from their PC, particularly those of us born long before the computer became such a universal feature of our lives. I was very impressed. He has delightful manner, is endlessly patient and clearly knows his stuff but unlike some computer specialists, uses words that the rest of us use. At my first session, Adam wanted to establish what I wanted from the course so that he could prepare a program that met my needs directly. Learning how to sort incoming emails was one of my priorities. Invariably I'd finish up with read and unread emails lumped together in a real muddle. Adam then explained how to do these, and continued the conversation until he was satisfied that I had understood and was confident that I could do them on my own. The following day he sent me a note of our discussion including a step-by-step summary of what we had discussed and how to do it. I can recommend him without hesitation.
