I've used G on W three or four times in the past five or six years. Excellent service every time, from people who really know their job. Today was no exception. Major problem with internet connectivity (all the other computers in the house connected except mine) and no obvious cause. Dogged determination (and good humour) from John got my connection going again. Since I use my computer extensively for my work and an internet connection is vital, my relief was enormous. I hope I don't have to call on G on W again in the near future, but it's reassuring to know that they're there.
