Excellent service - Had an unfortunate spill of coffee on my apple macbook computer a few weeks ago and it was not turning on at all. i have used these guys for my phone before and it was good service so brought it in. I had a quote within a couple of days and it was fixed by day 4 and the best bit is it now works again perfectly. Fantastic communication with the whole job and apple technicians were very professional. Brilliant work, thank you so much for your help.

I was extremely impressed with all aspects of the Laptop Workshop Worthing recently, when they gave a free inspection to hopefully repair my relatively new (& expensive) chromebook. The 12 month guarantee had expired 3 months earlier and I was appalled as the screen went black, whilst using an app, and remained so! The very helpful staff at the shop, explained that they had done all the testing possible, and there was a serious hardware problem. They had not opened the seals, as this could affect my Consumer rights. From their advice, I researched Consumer rights and then contacted the store from whom I'd bought it online. They repaired it free of charge and returned it to me with a 3 month guarantee for the work they had completed. I think quoting the "Consumer Rights Act 2015" definately helped with that process. So I am exceedingly grateful to The Laptop Workshop Worthing, for their excellent, genuine and pleasant service and highly recommend them to all!

Be mindful when buying from stores like this, every one has their own experience. some good, some bad. I ordered a MacBook 2017 big Sur from these guys, only to receive an MacBook early 2015 Catalina in a MacBook 2017 box. I understand mistakes happens so whatever. I emailed them first to confirm what I should have received, after confirming it was to be a MacBook 2017, I replied with photos of a MacBook early 2015, no reply after so I Phoned them up. The customer service on the phone was really good. I got helped right away. Ive asked the guy if they had any more 2017 in stock and he said he's not sure but on their website they have quite a few 2017 MacBooks listed for sale. So if you're buying something specific from here expect to receive anything they send you. You get what you pay for. The laptop battery life is NON existent but the exterior is really good, no scratches or dents. There's other good reviews on here so don't let me discourage you from purchasing from this company, just beware. I paid £449 for the MacBook 2017 Big Sur, got refunded £50.

The shop looked pleasant, was serviced by Tom and discussed my problems and the schedule for repair. He gave me confidence and discussed the repair process. Not the most user experience layout but it can't argue when put into the location. Will amend this review once I get my laptop back. EDIT Dell XPS laptop sent in for repair for the DC component for replacement, was fixed in 3 days for £49.99. Component inside was fried but the engineers managed to save it and get it working again for my masters course. They put a lot of effort in cleaning out the damage and servicing it. Fantastic job in solving the problem and keeping me informed about the problem. Will visit again for repairs

After my screen on my Samsung Galaxy S7 broke I took it the Laptop Workshop. Being an older phone they had to order the screen in, which did take about a week (Presuming covid postal delays had an impact) Unfortunately when I got it home there were functionality issues and it wasn't responsive as it had been. I took it back to the shop and they agreed to change it under the 12 month warranty. Again this took another week as they needed to order another genuine Samsung screen. After 2 weeks I got my phone back and its working perfectly. The only issue has been the timescale but this was down to receiving parts (which when arrived was fitted in 2 hours) The guys in the shop have been very friendly and helpful. My only constructive criticism would be to keep customers informed of status as I did have to phone several times to get updates.

First time using the Laptop Workshop and certainly wont be the last. I had an issue with an ever expanding Macbook battery. With the current lock down in place I was unable to take the laptop to the Apple store and other retailers would not accept it. My wife spoke to Aaron who was happy to help, the shop was closed but he took time to advise on how to store the laptop until we could bring it in for work. Laptop safely deposited I received a quote for the work and, as requested a trade in price. Ultimately I wanted a new laptop so used the trade in service which was very quick and easy. Not being able to discuss things face to face, the communication was clear any questions I had were quickly answered. A great experience.

Ecellent service, quality and professionalism at a great price. I had an issue with my PC that the Laptop Workshop determined was the old motherboard and CPU. I bought new components and the team took the working drives and GPU from the old PC and configured it with the new one. The case of the new PC was much smaller, yet the team, especially Kevin, expertly arranged all the components to fit properly. The existing SSD had to be formatted to be compatible with the new setup and the team were very courteous in requesting my permission for them to proceed. The quality of the final configuration speaks for itself and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

Absolutely awesome service!! Away down in Worthing and cracked my laptop screen and had meetings in the afternoon which I needed my laptop for, ironically for an IT hardware reseller agreement presentation. Emailed Aaron at 9.30am, replied within 10 minutes, had the screen HD screen in stock, booked in for 11.30am was fixed by 12.05am! To top it off was £20 cheaper than the other 2 quotes I had received which would have taken 2 days to fixed the laptop. Hopefully I won't need to use him again, but would 100% recommend them to anyone else who needs to do so!

Jumped the gun posting a negative review and feel bad about it. Never considered the owner might not have been aware my complaint and having spoken to him since Im slightly humbled ! He was very decent and clearly hadnt even been told about the issue I raised. I've used laptop workshop a few times for repairs. My son has autism and is really good at breaking ipads! Always had good service, they are very professional. Would definitely recommend them.

Called these guys about a screen replacement for iPhone 6. Repaired same day, at best price around. Subsequently had an issue with the phone constantly rebooting. Apple diagnosed an issue with the ambient light sensor. These guys swapped it out at no additional cost and phone has worked perfectly since. Really impressed. Will use them again.

They successfully repaired a power connector in a laptop and then the HD which they informed me needed replacing too. A 3rd fault, that the keyboard wasn't working, I decided to fix myself. When I did, I found it wasn't even connected inside. This, coupled with the state of the inside of the laptop (screws that haven't been replaced, dust left collected around the fan/heatsink/air intakes) leaves me with less faith in their standards.
