I have had a very pleasant experience today. Ross was very professional, polite and it was very easy to talk to him about any worries or concerns you have. He had my new PC built in a great time and even made sure to stress test everything to make sure stuff is working. I highly recommend Ross if you need any PC related advice/work done!

I cannot fault the service Ross provided. My sons laptop threw a tantrum and screen went black. Windows 10 decided it didn't want to work anymore. Phoned Ross, He offered to come round following day but as I'd be at work, I dropped it round his house within 20 mins of my initial call. Only 3 hours later Ross calls, its all done. He didn't push for extra diagnostic work at extra cost as he felt confident reinstalling windows and a thorough tidy up was all it required. Son's happy he's back online, I'm happy the work didnt cost a fortune and I'm also relieved I didn't need to endure another painful phonecall to currys. Top guy and will use again definitely 👍

Could not have been more helpful. Replaced old i5 cpu to i7 CPU. Very thorough with checking thinks we're working the way they should. Even blew out all the dust from my fans that were giving system a little bit of heat. As was uncovered during a stress test. Very reasonable price as well. Thanks so much . Ps I got my gtx 2070 super installed now and it's like a new pc .

Personable, punctual and professional - from my first contact on this was a positive experience! Our beloved PC had suffered an accidental assault from a cup of spilled tea. I called around and Ross stood out from the beginning. I have some experience with the software side of machines, but am not so confident with electronics/hardware. Ross brought all the knowledge and equipment to my home - alongside a positive 'can-do' attitude with warmth and good humour. He worked with patience and care - and thankfully (almost miraculously) the PC was restored to health. I called Ross because my PC at home was, I thought, terminally S-l-o-w and because i had inadvertently lost 'Office' in it's entirety. Support for Windows 7 came to an end so I bought a new computer which had windows 10. Ross was extremely helpful in transferring all my data to the new Acer. And because the model I had bought was not man enough for Windows 10 , he added more memory and installed a SSD so that I finally ended up with a faster machine. He made sure I was happily up and running before leaving....nothing was too much trouble. I wish I had found him before I made the purchase and sought advice.unreservedly recommended.
