S. C.The engineer was very knowledgeable about why my laptop was running so slowly/hardly working. He knew all the tools to use to clear out the viruses that were difficult to find and he did lots of other things to correct the problems that were clogging up my laptop. He removed various applications and reinstalled a new anti-virus. He was friendly and chatty over the phone as he did this all remotely.
My laptop seems to be running well now and I didnt even need to leave the house. Good job done and I would recommend him. Thanks

B.As someone who has always been a bit of a technophobe and spent most of his 77 years quite happily without computer assistance it is amazing how much you can come to rely on the functioning of your machine. Mine crashed last Thursday. High anxiety took over and stayed. We checked the internet for what help was available.
From the moment Peter Castle arrived at the door I felt better, if still very worried and anxious. It seemed like a fairly straightforward job - by his standards. But it turned out to be hideously complicated and frustrating. Peter's first visit culminated in phone calls to the machine manufacturers and them agreeing to send a USB that would - they said - solve the problems - at least most of them - and restore the system.
Peter's second visit after the USB arrived should have been straightforward and fairly brief. But it was anything but. Peter insisted on staying for as long as it took and after frustrating sessions with the USB and on the phone with the manufacturer's technical support he finally managed to get the thing working - without much help from those at the other end of the phone
I was impressed not only with Peter's expertise, experiende and commitment but with his empathy for us as non-experts - or more accurately clueless folk - and the friendliness and polite restraint he showed not only in his dealings with us especially with technical support, which did not stop him from registering criticisms of the firm's inadequate customer support.
