Recently took my gaming system in to have a shutting down issue fixed, took it in the day after I contacted him, really friendly and consistently gives updates on what’s occurring with your system which in my opinion is much better than not telling you anything and always made sure I was ok with anything major he was doing to the system, did a fresh software installation which included windows eleven provided me with 2 new high quality sticks of 8gb ram as mine had intermittent faults on them, applied plenty of thermal compound to my CPU and GPU as they were dry when I took it in and did a full strip down service , had an issue when I took it home, contacted him again asking what I should do, he suggested I bring it back to him and we eventually after much perseverance solved the issue with my system after spending all day on it, and after all that said he wouldn’t charge me for the second time it went to him however I thought it was unfair as his service is quick, and straight to the point, highly recommend and will certainly be using again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
