They provide awesome service, as I'm an international student, I don't trust anyone in this country. So when my laptop fan was making a weird noise and I went to this shop they gave me fair price. But I still have doubts about the security of my laptop data. I asked them twice that after the repair they will not charge me more, and they politely said no. And at the end really they only charge for the fan of the laptop. So I like their service good and genuine. I will review this after 6 months. Because I still had a doubt that after reviewing what my laptop makes a weird sound again. So I wait and review this after a 6 months Thank you for feeling comfortable with your great service. I had difficulty in transferring Mcafee anti virus on to a new laptop and had difficulties with my Microsoft account. Mediafields dealt with and resolved both problems quickly and efficiently.

Had a display problem with my PC that I needed fixed quickly and the guys at Mediafields had me sorted out sharpish. Dropped it off at 4pm one day and by 2pm the next day the problem was solved. Been running smoothly ever since. Standard repair charge seems to be £65 which I found very reasonable, especially as I could've spent many hours troubleshooting it myself without getting to the bottom of it.

My PC has been increasingly sluggish to boot up. Applications are painfully slow to open and use. I reached out to Mediafields as I was keen to upgrade my RAM from 8Gb to 32Gb and found the advice from Julie to be very helpful, even though I chose to buy the RAM direct from Corsair and Mediafields was only going to install it. I dropped the PC in and within a few hours I had a call. Job was done and ready for pick up. However, unsurprisingly the hard drive was failing and this was the reason for the sluggish performance. I agreed to install a 1TB SSD drive (which I had planned to do next anyway) and the PC was finished the next day. The level of service and engagement was spot on. I was called immediately the job was completed. No having to chase them and everything that was done was explained in detail and the PC is super quick with no issues. I would highly recommend this company for any PC repairs. Definitely upgrading my laptop next. Oh and I bought a new awesome screen for a great price. top shop I could not recommend highly enough

WOW!! Top Rate Service from this company. I had a very slow PC as a result of virus infections and so I took it into this place to be sorted. I was expecting to be without my computer for a week so was surprised to have received a call from them the next morning to say it was ready. Their turn-around on jobs is amazing, excellent service, reasonable rates and helpful staff. Would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting good quality, fast, low cost service. I called in with a dead monitor asking the friendly guy at the counter to test it for me. Immediately he did so and soon confirmed my own assessment. He was an excellent sales person, non pushy yet helpful. I was soon on my way with a replacement monitor and left as a satisfied customer. I will definitely use their services in the future.

Morgan mate are you being serious how can you have ago at the shop when you knew what was going in to your computer but yet you sit went ahead and got it any way and if your so go at fixing your computers why didn't you just build it your self, ive never had any problems with the shop fixing my stuff so you must be doing some think wrong for it all to not be working for more than a few weeks and if you wasn't happy with how they fixed things why keep going back to them for 2 years
