I have used JRA Services for some years and they have always been extremely helpful. Being not brilliant with computers, they have never patronised or talked down to me but treated me with utmost courtesy. Their knowledge is extensive. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Just had a new keyboard fitted to my laptop at JRA. From my first contact with Cameron through to the finished repair I was kept fully informed of the price, details and timescale. They did the job really quickly and I was back working again in a coupe of hours. I will use them again and would recommend them whole heartedly.

I was attended to promptly on arrival following a telephone discussion the day before and given an expected completion day for me to collect my office pc tower unit. The expected collection day, just two days later, arrived and the work was all completed and a very reasonable bill was paid.
