Had a 2nd visit, it appears to be high standards throughout the house ( Hazle ) our only concerns are the apparent use of part exchange, which according to the sales rep. They offer under market value up to £20,000.00 under ! But offer no discount on price of their house, the show house has many extras, which are not included in price ! Bearing in mind the price of these houses are very high anyway! So please take into account, there are no facilities near by without driving there !
