It is built to the same standard as the rest of the property so it can be used all year round which was important for us. Steen Property Developments did a great job from start to finish. In terms of the construction period, we hardly even noticed the guys were there most of the time. We also added in some extras along the way which was discussed and agreed on with minimal fuss. All in all a great job well done. I would fully recommend Steen Property Developments to anyone looking to enhance their living space.

I was given a competitive price for a garage conversation and an architect wad arranged through them. Following the building warrant from the Council, they started the work. They kept us informed all the time, if there were any delay. The actual garage conversation work is of very high standard, the builders were very professional and well behaved and the best part is you make phase payment based on the work completed.
