Ricky did a great job plastering and fixing up a wall in our home. He turned up when he said he would, charged what he said he would, finished the job to a high standard and tidied up. Would definitely recommend his work and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Ricky and his team of excellent tradesmen made a fantastic job of transforming an existing leaking shower room into a proper fitted bathroom for our long term tenants. They always left the work area clean at the end of the day and this was particularly appreciated by our tenants. Ricky came to repair our hall ceiling after a leak from an upstairs bathroom left it a total mess. We are delighted with the job he did as was our painter who said that it was a first class plastering job. Ricky is really friendly and professional and his work is top notch. Ricky plastered our Kitchen Ceiling, from 1st Consultation over the phone Ricky was Very Professional and could not have been more Helpful, The Ceiling wasn't in Great Shape (water damage) and his attention to detail and finished job were Superb. Highly Recommend and will use in the future.

Ricky has done 2 jobs for us . The first was plastering a ceiling in between wooden beams. Very fiddly, but he made a terrific job of it. The second was replastering after the house was rewired. After he finished you wouldn't have known the electricians had been. He couldn't have been more helpful, the work was excellent quality, his price was more competitive than others, and he left the house clean and tidy. I would highly recommend RJS, we will use them again.

Absolutely brilliant service from Ricky at RJS. He has plastered most of our 1950's semi, with curved ceilings and wonky corners, and it looks AMAZING! The walls are now straight and super smooth like glass. I can't recommend him enough, very professional, great price, always there when booked in, never let me down. We have a very old house that doesn't have a straight wall in it. Ricky did a great job plastering our hall. The finish is perfect. He coped well with every problem he came across. He is reliable, turns up when he says he will and is very tidy. A great tradesman who I'll use again and recommend to others

I had a rather large plastering job to be carried out in our living room, and decided to obtain some quotes from a number of local Plasterers to ensure that I was getting an all-rounded idea of what was involved and to ensure that I was getting a good deal for my money. Rickie was the only person who mentioned that he would be sending a sample of my existing wall covering (Artex) off to be tested for Asbestos for a nominal charge. This was an immediate plus point, as he obviously cares about his own health as well as his customers well-being. No other Plasterer mentioned Asbestos, so please bear this in mind when dealing with old Artex coverings. In addition to this, at quote stage he described the exact process he would follow, and was able to pinpoint areas which may take additional work in order to bring up to his standard (which by the way is extremely high). Needless to say, Rickie was head and shoulders above the rest of the competition we invited into our home to provide a quote, and subsequently won our business hands down. Rickie was extremely methodical in his approach, and ensured that all of our furnishings were well covered before he commenced the work. He talked us through what he was doing, and took the time to explain the process involved and why it was necessary. Being a bit of a tech-head, and a Tradesman myself, I appreciated this approach as well as his attention to detail. I can honestly say that I am absolutely delighted with the work which RJS Plastering & Tiling have put into my living room. I knew what I was looking for beforehand, however I did not expect it to turn out anywhere near as good as it did. Rickie is a true Tradesman and knows his craft inside out. He has completely transformed our living room, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in booking him again for any future work. In fact, I'm now looking for him to plaster my dining area and to carry out extensive work on my Bathroom. It's heartening to know that there are still some good old fashioned Tradesmen around who take pride in their work.

We were extending our bathroom and needed a wall re-positioned and a fuse box moved in order to do this. Having used RJS previously we knew how good the service and work was so had no hesitation in asking them to carry out this job. As usual the work was carried out to an exceptionally high standard and was done very quickly. Everything was explained to us prior to the work being done and everything was tidied and cleared up once the work was finished. I wouldn't hesitate to use RJS again and have recommended them to others already!
