Garry and his team did an amazing job on our driveway and finished it to a very high standard. Garry explained everything very clearly and made lots of really helpful recommendations early on. They worked very quickly and efficiently and were always polite and helpful. I would certainly recommend Dixon's and would use them again. We have used Dixon & Sons for a few jobs, most recently for block paving our front garden this summer. They provided us with a competitive quote, this was then quickly prepared and emailed to us. They got us booked in as soon as we were ready for the work to commence. We were very impressed with the amount of work the achieved each day (even through the mini heatwave we had) and the work was completed within a matter of days. Everyone that worked on site was friendly and polite, and kept the work space tidy. As always they did a fantastic job Highly recommend 😁

I have recently had a garage conversion and kitchen refurbishment completed by Dixon and Sons Construction Limited. I was delighted by the finished work, so additionally asked Garry to also refurbish my lounge aswell as some hard landscaping and external lighting. Garry took the time to explain how to implement what I wanted and make my ideas become a reality where previous builders had told me it wasn’t possible. Prices were also very competitive in relation to other quotes received and I was happy with my decision to use Dixons and Sons. Garry was always on hand to make sure the project was going in the right direction and took the stress away by managing the project well and maintaining a clean and tidy environment at all times. Everyone who worked on my project were very polite, professional and respectful to everyone in my household any my neighbours, and even worked late on a couple of occasions to keep the project running smoothly. I was inundated with lovely comments when I posted the project on social media and people couldn’t believe the transformation as there was previously a lot of clutter in the house and garage due to no storage space and now I have a very modern and contemporary house with lots of storage space. Thank you again for all your hard work and giving me the dream family home that I wished for and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dixon and Sons Construction for all building work, landscaping and driveways to others.

Garry Dixon and his team carried out some work on our drive way recently at very short notice. They were extremely professional and the standard of work was brilliant. They simply got on with the work in hand and worked very hard the whole time. We were really pleased with the results. In addition to this, we used them to carry out some significant repair work at our charity shop in Bedford and the work they completed was again to a really high standard. Its clear that they always produce work which is really impressive and you rea;;y get what you pay for. I really can’t express how happy we are with Dixon and Sons Construction, from the moment we met Gary he was so helpful, we had a ‘little’ porch, well, quite a large porch built and at every stage Gary and his team were amazing, Gary even came back after everything was completed to repair two tiny scuffs on our porch door, real dedication and attention to detail. The guys are also really tidy which I was so impressed with, you don’t always get that with builders! My husband and I said that we wish we knew Gary and his team 5 years ago when we had a double storey extension, we would without doubt have choose him. Great job by the guys at Dixon & Sons. Great quote and advice from Garry before the work started, offered samples of which bricks we’d want and talked through all the options of how we wanted it laid. The job was completed in just over a week, had it done during some challenging weather conditions but the guys turned up everyday on time and cracked on. I was kept informed of progress and what the next stages were. My neighbours even commented how good the guys were and liked the fact they knocked to inform them they were going to be doing the drive and to apologise if caused any inconvenience. Wouldn’t have any second thoughts about using Dixon & Sons again!!! Update: And I didn’t have second thoughts when Gary came and sorted our patio out. The guys worked through some of the hottest days of 2020 and done a fantastic job which has allowed us to really enjoy our garden throughout lockdown and the all that’s come in the last 12 months. Gary offered different options and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy, even with a last minute change to the design. The team even worked late into the evening to make sure everything was done. I’d recommend Gary to anyone!!

They were, at all times, very efficient and tidy workers and a very friendly bunch to have in the garden. Last year they paved a path, removed a fish pond, filled and laid a garden patio and re-seeded our lawn, all of which to a high standard.. They also refenced part of the garden very satisfactorily. They’ve turned a darkly lit, uninviting space into a light and airy office, providing natural light by installing Velux windows in the roof. Essential transformation for the current time providing us with the ability to work from home comfortably.
